Thanks to the warm reception of his long-awaited ‘Residuals‘ music video in late January, Chris Brown saw the 11:11 (Deluxe)‘-housed single soar to a new peak of #40 on the Billboard Hot 100.

A historic feat at the time, the placement nabbed Brown the 53rd top 40 hit of his career and broke a tie with The Weeknd (born Abel Tesfaye) for most entries to the chart region among all male singers since 2000.

The celebration for the victory was short-lived, however, as Tesfaye has reclaimed the tie just two weeks later thanks to hits from his chart-topping latest album ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow.’

The drama between Marlon Wayans and Soulja Boy is heating up.

Earlier this week, Soulja Boy took to X (Formerly Twitter), targeting the actor by calling him out of his name.

The tweet came after many speculated that Wayans had taken a jab at the rapper’s performance at one of Donald Trump’s inauguration events. And the ‘Crank Dat’ MC didn’t hold back, calling out the “White Chicks” star over social media.
