Beyond the critical acclaim being sent the way of her April 4-released song ‘Ecstasy,’ singer Ciara is enjoying a moment of virality as well thanks to fans flocking to social media to reenact choreography found in the tune’s official music video.

The standout moment sees the mom-of-four seemingly defying gravity by horizontally balancing her body weight on a folding chair – a stunt that makes the performer look as if she’s floating.

Sparking a Tik Tok challenge of the same name, the rising popularity of the dance even made its way to a recent episode of ‘Sherri‘ where the hostess took a shot a mimicking Ciara’s jaw-dropping moves.

20 years and 10 million copies sold later, Mariah Carey‘s 10th studio album – 2005’s ‘Emancipation of Mimi‘ – not only reigns as her magnum opus (by many critics’ standards) but also one of the best LPs released this century overall.

Home to the history-making hit ‘We Belong Together‘ as well as smash singles ‘It’s Like That,’ ‘Shake It Off,’ ‘Say Somethin,’ and ‘Don’t Forget About Us,’ the project debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 the year of its release with Carey’s highest first-week sales at that point and went on to dominate the top 10 for months following its launch.

A bid to toast its ongoing success and help it reclaim its former chart glory will come courtesy of a 20th anniversary edition to be released Saturday (April 12) and features the original album’s tracks, cuts from the Ultra Platinum edition, and 20 additional numbers.

Among those previously unheard tunes is the KAYTRANADA remix of ‘Forget’ released on Friday (April 11). Hear it inside in full.
