Lock away your pets and protect your small children because Rihanna’s new single has been given a release date. ‘Only Girl’ will officially premiere on UK radio stations on August 31st. The “big and dancey” track is the 1st song to be lifted from RiRi the eardrum slayer’s new studio album which is set to hit stores later this year. Joy. {Source}

Superstar Britney Spears features on a special two-cover edition of fashion magazine, ‘Pop’. The manga inspired shoot was shot by noted photographer Todd Cole, with renown Japanese artist Takashi Murakami lacing the images with the animae effect in post-production.

Ciara’s ‘Basic Instinct’ LP has been pushed back again. The album’s release, which had only recently been rescheduled for a 3rd time until October 5th, has now been bumped further away to October 19th. However, reports have already begun to surface that even that date might be changed to October 26th. Ciara’s label is expected to make an official announcement regarding the record later this week. {Source}
