“Reboot” appears to be the name of the game in 2017, especially as it relates to shows birthed in the ’90s and early 2000s.  Fans of sitcoms like ‘That’s So Raven,’ ‘Full House,’ and ‘Will & Grace’ may have already had their wishes to see the shows’ casts respectively reunite for another go at ratings glory granted, but those calling for the revival of other hits from the time period are being greeted with less enthusiasm (to say the least).

The difficult case for finding footing and funding is definitely such for ‘Sister, Sister’ – an unfortunate truth its stars, Tia & Tamera, confirmed on a recent episode of daytime talk show, ‘The Real.’  Tuck in below as the sisters reunite with Marques Houston (‘Roger’) and talk about the hurdles they’re overcoming to get the show back on the air:

It was the dragging heard ’round the world.

Earlier today, R&B firecracker K. Michelle popped ALL THE WAY OFF on comedienne/‘The Real’ hostess Loni Love and ‘The Breakfast Club’ DJ Angela Yee for raising the topic of Yee’s year-old heated interview with the ‘Can’t Raise a Man’ singer.  A heated interview, mind you, that saw Michelle also tear into Yee at that time as well.

The R&B songstress made it well known on Twitter today that she was not in favor of being discussed in her absence and launched a scathing verbal attack against the two parties involved.

See ALL of the exchange inside if you missed any of the action, including the clip that set K. off:

‘The Real’ is readying a month’s worth of sassy guest hosts.

Indeed, since the dramatic departure of Tamar Braxton last year, the FOX talkshow has welcomed a lengthy list of ladies to fill in her vacant seat.

Word on the curb is that many of the visitors are in actuality testing out for a more full-time role on the show. Although, the validity of that remains to be seen.

What is certain though is that producers have lined up an array of engaging names for April through May.

Included are Joseline Hernandez (who we loved during her initial stint), radio personality Angela Yee, rapper Remy Ma, Mel B. The latter is especially interesting given the messy divorce she’s currently living out publicly.

“As long as it’s told correctly and everyone gets to tell their story, be a part of it, I think it’s important. If you’re gonna tell a part of my life, let me in on it.”

The quote above echoes a sentiment shared by fellow Destiny’s Child alum, Kelly Rowland, who took to Essence Live to discuss the possibility of a DC3 biopic after the success of BET’s biographical mini-series on legendary R&B group New Edition (click here to read more about that).

Williams, who dropped by ‘The Real’ today as guest co-host, elaborated on the prospect of the production with the show’s resident hostesses and engaged in some shady girl chat along the way.  Hear a bit inside if you missed it:

Tamar Braxton is never one to hold her tongue.

As such, her visit to The Wendy Williams Show today was always going to be a compelling watch.

Joined by her husband and manager Vince Herbert, the singing reality star chopped it up with the former shock jock about a host of topics.

In true ‘Wendy’ fashion, no stone was left unturned.

Case in point, Tamar being quizzed on her axe from ‘The Real’ and her currently relationship (or lack there of) with her former co-hosts. Also discussed were sister Toni’s relationship with Birdman, and the new season of ‘Braxton Family Values.’

Jennifer Lopez is as established as established gets.

However, when it comes to plugging a project, the superstar is renown for strutting the promo trail with the vigour of a newcomer.

With season 2 of her hit NBC show ‘Shades Of Blue’ on air, J.Lo stopped by The Real to dish on the next instalment of the ratings winner.

Showered with praise from the panelists – especially fellow Latina Adrienne Bailon, La Lopez made for an awesome guest.

Joseline Hernandez made headlines when it was announced that she’d be joining ‘The Real’ as a guest-host.

As reported, the show has welcomed a series of visitors to fill the still-vacant seat left by  panelist Tamar Braxton – whose outlandish antics were reportedly the reason for her axing.

Yet, with the ‘Love & Hip-Hop’ firecracker being renown for popping off at a moment’s notice, some scratched their heads at the decision to book her.

As for us, we loved it!

Ms. Hernandez showcased the same spark, while offering an air of refined. Her stint made for a great week of laughs and highlighted how she’s grown  – without losing what makes her…her.
