By her lonesome, Bay beauty Saweetie managed to take ‘Tap In’ – the lead single from her long-awaited debut album ‘Pretty B*tch Music’ – to #41 on the Billboard Hot 100 on the wings of a viral Tik Tok challenge as well as a glossy, Mike Ho-directed music video (click here to watch).

Already on the verge of becoming the second top 40 hit of her career (following her breakthrough single ‘My Type’), now the rapstress (born Diamanté Quiava Valentin Harper) is giving the Too $hort-sampled tune a nudge with a little help from her friends (as we reported here).

Not content with spending seven weeks atop of the Billboard Hot 100 with ‘Rockstar,’ DaBaby has unleashed even more new music.

Moments ago, the rapper released the deluxe edition of his latest album ‘Blame It On Baby.’

And while it’s been rolled out as an extension to the hit-filled project, the MC says he’s approaching the 10-song set as an entirely fresh LP.

At the time of its announcement, he cheekily quipped:

“Don’t tell the label I told you this but it’s not a “Deluxe” …it’s #ReallyABrandNewAlbum.”

With that, the project serves as his fourth body of work it just two years.

The MTV Video Music Awards 2020 will be heating up screens on August 30th live from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on August 30th.

Hailed as one of the most important days on the Pop music calendar, all eyes are on who is up for the coveted Moonmen handed out at the show’s latest installment.

Unveiled in full Thursday (July 30), the network sent fans of Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga into a frenzy as it was announced the pair leads with multiple nominations.  Elsewhere on the tally, the likes of Megan Thee Stallion, DaBaby, Taylor Swift, and The Weeknd scored major looks.

Camila Cabello‘s latest hit, ‘My Oh My,’ gets revamped thanks to a little help from Gunna.

The sleeper hit’s been a steady climber on multiple Billboard charts since its Hot 100 debut 20 weeks ago, but after stalling at a #12 peak on that same tally the songstress has unveiled plans to help push it into higher ground.

Fan of his music or not, one thing you can’t knock is DaBaby‘s hustle.

The 28-year-old (born Jonathan Kirk) may have seen his latest album, ‘Blame It On Baby,’ met with disappointment by critics but that didn’t stop the effort from topping the Billboard 200 (as we reported here).

Now, as he continues his promo rounds for the LP (his third in a year), Kirk took to Ebro on Apple Music to not only confirm he will soon be working on his fourth, but that the set is due to drop before the end of the year.

Since dropping her debut album, ‘The Plan,’ in 2018, R&B songstress DaniLeigh has been one of the genre’s most talked about newcomers.

Despite following the critically acclaimed effort with 2019’s ‘My Present’ EP, her growing legion of fans are still hungry for new music – an appetite she’s looking to serve with new single, ‘Levi High.’

Calling on help from chart-topping rapper DaBaby (whom she previously worked with by choreographing his ‘BOP on Broadway’ music video), ‘Levi’ sees the songstress brag about her assets in ways like never before.

“Levi high jeans, sittin’ right, keep that a*s up / It’s a ’Gram flex, basic hoes gettin’ gassed up / N*ggas in my face, boy bye, n*gga back up / I’m a city girl, it’s only that I act up,” she coos on the chorus.
