WOW! I’m not one for cliche’s, but that literally made the hairs on my arm stand. Besides switching up the delivery of the song, Ms. Arnold took the track to a whole new level with her notes toward the end. Awesome ending, even better (overall) performance.

jay said she cleans up well because monica was backstage in robe and curling iron her hair when he first saw her.for the mentally challlenged…..monica sounds good as always loved how miss thang switch the song up instead of sangin in the same way every time..mo girl that dress was FIERCE and i like the hair….keep rising and making that cheddar while some lames sit on the computer with they broke behinds critique everything someone does….waiting on the 2nd single..
See Monica has cut her hair again, have to say I’m a little disappointed in the album, think this is her worse album, I mean its not bad but not exactly what I expected. Hope Love All Over Me is the next release.

Great performance. Usually, I am not all that excited to listen to her because of the persistant runs she tends to do in a live solo performance. Loved the note at the end. I’m impress. Good job Monica 🙂
She held a good note but her vibrato is off-putting and her voice is too throaty for my liking. 3 star performance really, more emotion would’ve gone amiss either.
I love the fact that she switched it up! We all kno she most certainly CAN hit all them notes in the regular version of the song..(youtube it).but she wanted to to something different. Artist do it all the time. And yes alot of ppl was saying they was getin LIL WHITNEY from this performane…and i agree. And she was WORKING That gucci dress.DEFINITELY a goodlook for her. Her album is classic 1st album ive gotten in a looong while with no fillers. Straight Bangers all the way thru!

The ending was killing it. I don’t like the lower octave at all. “You clean up good” was something else. But she does, but it doesn’t have to be said on tv. Lol.

When I watched it last night I really didnt like it maybe it was the ley chaneg that threw me off. But when I rewatched it today, I liked it. To all the negative commets about how bad she sounded. Who is your artist of chice and can they sing a whole song live and sound half as good as that? Mostly likely not. BTW if u dont have the album yet, please go get it, u will not regret it. She is giving us real rnb music.

Love how she switched it up. Monica sounded amazing. I like that she is showing how dynamic and vast her musical stylings are. I am in suspense to waTch how she performs her other songs. Monica is a real singer and definitely is from a lineage of the most profound, signature sounds and craftmanship and diverse vocalist of our time. There is no other singers that can do what she does. She reminded me of Whitney. I think its good to expand in that area to show that she is one of the greatest singers while being aligned with one of the greatest singers. I like the more raw monica too when she looks really urban. There is room for everything to be seen. Truly looking forward to watching how the Album and her performances explode on the scene.

I love the outfit and everything but even Rihanna can put on a more exciting performance. Vocally Monica will never be able to touch the greats like Mariah. Monica’s range is so limited. she should take vocal lessons from Mariah.
