Soooo, why is B’ being called out as being sad for JHud’s win? And how do YOU know she went into ‘Dreamgirls’ thinking she would win an Oscar? If it was another successful female artist in B’s position, would that logic still apply? Jen is the only AI contestant or winner who has really capitalized on her talents. The girl got an Oscar and then the starring role as Winnie Mandela. She had a cameo role in the blockbuster S** and the City. She performed at the Super Bowl and the White House. Her management team has really lined her up with respectable and lucrative deals.
As far as her losing weight when she vowed not to turn into the typical “Hollywood” girl, I look at it as building her job skills. If she wants to be a contender in her job field, then she must acquire the image skill. It’s a part of her job. I
