Show is just ok so far………everybody is lipping as usual. However, I may be the only one who feels Rihanna was pretty decent, she didn’t have much to sing. Drake, Mary, and Swizz was pretty cool. Everything else is just ok. I like the set, Chelsea is funny at moments, but sometimes she rubs me the wrong way.

I don’t know what ppl expected her to do on a preshow thoand I know it wasnt hip hop but she danced, sang and rap. What other rapper doing that? If i were her, I wouldn’t listen to all of the ppl making negative comments. Just take from it what you can, cuz to me she deserved to be on the stage to bring some excitement.
VMAs sucked this year. The only great performance was “Florence and the Machine” (or w/e they’re called). Kanye’s was really good but not that great, tbh. His performance was just really hyped up (obviously).

Show was boring and lacking “star ” power even with all the stars in the crowd. Usher was good but the performance dragged a bit for me ( he was doing the most). At one point he just stopped singing to prep for his dance routine. Kanye was ok, he lost me in the middle after whoever that other dude was ( i know he is a rapper, was in a group with his twin but I can’t recall his name- i think?) Love that chorus though, and I will toast all the douchebags and assholes tonight.
Got excited about Robin’s 4 seconds and Cher’s appearance. Taylor Swift wasn’t bad but her vocals lack power. Florence and the machine- her vocals are powerful but I’m still undecided on if she really can SING, interesting voice.
Won’t comment on the rest because there is nothing to comment on. Congrats to Gaga, she DOES deserve the awards for her MUSIC VIDEOS…Videos not songs, videos- which is what the VMA’s are about…Video’s. When I first saw Bad Romance i knew it was visually interesting and would do really well at the VMA’s.

The show was OK but last years VMAs were WAY Better & Plus we had Bey last year shitting on hoes winning VOY & the best performance of the night. This year Drake, Kanye & Taylor’s performance was the highlight. Everything else was forgetable including the intro & Rihanna. The Host was a bad choice, Chelsea is only funny on her Show. This awards show was Laaaaaaaaaame! The VMA’s are clearly becoming less entertaining than the Grammy’s. Who would have thought?!
Nicki was a big let down. She just can’t deliver live. It’s was something odd about her(and it wasn’t in regards to what she does intentionally – she’s just lacking a certain stage presence).
GIMMICK should be glued across Gaga’s forehead! She’s so average, but smart in looking to be so extreme! It’s just that she doesn’t pull it off the right way. It just makes you feel like she tries to hard. The outfits were just dumb!
Rihanna was awful. She looked ridiculous in that fairy dress. The red hair , the boots – it just looked like Halloween came early. She made me think Nicki wasn’t so bad.
Eminem is just there. Why is he still relevant… I haven’t liked him since he was asking for the real slim shady to please stand up. Now I just want him to sit it down!
Usher was aiight.
I wish MTV had more love for Ciara. She’s one of the few women there last night that was truly sexy – and entertaining! This are so backwards nowadays.
Drake with Mary and Kanye were by far the most interesting of the night! This is the highlight!

Usher & B.O.B were great. Drake was ok, Nicki was horrible, Oh and Rihanna was the worst out of the whole entire show. Her singing and those clothes were just bad. Also Rihanna’s look like someone punch her in the face and then it was the shinny makeup. Kanye & Taylor lost me. Eminem well I though B.O.B did better rap than Eminem. Will I Am omg I can’t. Justin was okay but using Usher’s stepts is not cool. He needs to find his own moves. GaGa face look nice one of her dresses was nice. Most of all Gaga slayed singing one verse. Finally I could watch some of the performances now. I have to admit I have never been a huge fan of these artists, like B.o.B., Bruno Mars, Drake, Swizz Beatz etc. Taylor Swift is overrated, I’m not interested in Usher’s recent music & I was disapointed because I thought Ciara would perform ‘Ride’ or something like that. BUT I was shocked when I saw Nicki & Rihanna. I mean REALLY SHOCKED. Nicki was just a mess overall, sorry (‘Check It Out’ sounds weird too!) & Rihanna? From the looks to her voice just horrible. Damn, my dog could sing this song backwards better than her! The bass/beat were almost louder than her whispering/yodeling. No emotion, no vocal runs, no higher pitch, no power, should I go on? She should have highlighted the song, because she’s the guest appearance! Take vocal lessons girl! Serously!

Well I dont give a fugg I liked Nicki’s performance. Her and Kanye was the most entertaining of the whole show in my opinion. I really liked Nickis rap and they should have done your love slower and at least the last verse. I don’t know what ppl expected her to do on a preshow thoand I know it wasnt hip hop but she danced, sang and rap. What other rapper doing that? If i were her, I wouldn’t listen to all of the ppl making negative comments. Just take from it what you can, cuz to me she deserved to be on the stage to bring some excitement.
