Recently speaking to That Grape Juice about her upcoming project and future endeavors, R&B Princess Ashanti graced ‘The Today Show‘ this morning to reveal the name of the first single to be lifted from her long awaited new LP.

Sure to serve as positive news for many of her supporters, the confirmation of a new Ashanti single, many would agree, is long overdue.
Will ‘No Good‘ serve to resurrect a career so many believe has been overshadowed by recent commercial shortcomings, or will it fail to catch the eye or ears of a public who seems to have forgotten the mark the likes of ‘Foolish‘ and ‘Only U‘ made on the charts many moons ago.

Only U was her last Top 10 BB hit. She fell off once The Inc. left Def Jam and made her release that Collectables CD w/ Still on It. I think if her promo game is right, her single is decent, and shes consistant w/ singles, she’ll do good. But she wont ever top her first albums sales wise..Love Ashanti!

Anyway, I feel like Ashanti, even after 10 years in the business, is yet to deliver an amazing, career-defining album.Her debut is her best work alongside with ‘Concrete Rose’ but they’re both far from excellent.Let’s see if she’ll deliver with this one…

The Declaration shitted on everything, you have to really listen to the song, beats & specially lyrics “why” “struggle” “never let you go” “in these streets” that album was hard
S/N: I went to Chris brown concert and he did amazing, I don’t know how he has that much stamina but big ups to him cuz he ripped that stage dancing & singing, Kelly merk the stage also “I don’t need a mirror I can see see see see” yessssss Kelly, Chris brown had me horny as hell and especially Kelly back-up dancers lawd lawd lawd smh

Trust me Ashanti is going to deliver…you can tell and see the growth. This is the type of artist I enjoy. Someone you can watch grow and mature in their craft.
