In recent years, the Wireless Festival has become one of the UK’s most celebrated. It’s super fitting, then, that this year organizers have tapped two of music’s biggest royals to headline – Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z.

A major coup for the two-day extravaganza, the announcement was made moments ago.
Day one of the London spectacle (Friday July 12th 2013) will see Timberlake headline, while the likes of Frank Ocean, Trey Songz, Snoop Dogg, Miguel, and John Legend complete the bill.
In main-eventing day 2 (July 13th), Jay-Z will be joined by Roc Nation protégée Rita Ora, as well as Kendrick Lamar, Emeli Sande, Miguel, and Calvin Harris.
The event’s pairing of H.O.V and JT is undoubtedly a deliberate one and extends the duo’s new creative partnership. Indeed, the two can be heard on chart smash ‘Suit & Tie’ and will also embark on a joint stadium tour in support of Timberlake’s comeback album ‘The 20/20 Experience’.
Reports suggest a new Jay-Z project could also be in the pipeline too – which would make the rapper’s “return” and strategic partnership with Timberlake all the more understandable. Still, as an established touring juggernaut, it’s entirely plausible that the mogul is simply stacking his coins while re-affirming himself as just that — a touring juggernaut.

I do miss, however, when it was Rock acts who headlined these British festivals though. Glastonbury, LoveBox Weekend etc… OH WELL!!!

If it aint beyonce that ure hating, then its gon be Blu ivy, or jay z, or maybe the next person ugon hate on is SOLANGE and her daughter, or BEYONCE’s mom n dad or even Kelly rowland or SWIZZ BEATS since he produced a couple songs for beyonce.

Jay is refusing to give up that mic, he will use anyone to stay in the limelight. Damn fame is addictive. I guess he will feature on Rita Ora’s album if it does come out in the US since the only contribution he had on Rihanna’s album are thoses e’s on that Future penned track.

Jay Z don’t need anyone to stay relevant. He can release an album dolo and it will hit number one and sell a million copies. He have a strong fan base. Plus staying current is what makes you legendary. The ability to change, adjust and transform…..Some people have to have something negative in something. How about you worry why your on the internet writing about someone who is making bank when they’re not even working.
