A speculated buzz track, ‘Skirt’ made its way onto the net recently without any official word from the Pop icon about what it’ll serve as.
However, via Minogue’s record label, The-Dream penned cut has indeed been confirmed as a promotional track to tide fans over as she continues work on her new album.
Today saw a stop-motion lyric video released in support of the Nom de Strip produced number. Created from 1000 stills shot famed Australian photographer and director Will Davidson, ‘Skirt’ awaits below…

This song is VERY, VERY hot. It plays with recent trends but pushes it in a different direction. I’m very, very surprised. Didn’t think Kylie had another good song in her. I can see myself going insane at the club hearing this.
I think it’s way too long/unfocused for radio play, but it’s definitely a great song to add to any mix.
