Rapper 50 Cent stopped by the Tyra Banks Show earlier this week for what turned out to be a real interesting interview. The G-Unit General spoke candidly about his baby momma drama, Ja Rule, Vivica Fox, of course his latest projects and much more.
As much as I still think 50 is a dwindling entity, I must say he came across really well here. Really well. It’s just a shame that he acts a fool more times than not.

Our friends over at Rap-Up.com have received official word on Ciara’s much anticipated new single – the first from forthcoming LP ‘Fantasy Ride’. Both produced and featuring T-Pain, ‘Go Girl’ will serve as the record’s first release.Troubled singer Amy Winehouse performed the V Festival this past Saturday in the UK. Wow. Not to toot my own horn (well slightly lol), but myself, along with many others, recognised the hit potential of ‘LUV’ most especially over ‘Rock With U’ right from the onset. The only way I ever envisioned ‘Rock With U’ being successful was if it was touted as an International single and pushed over here in European territories, where its chances of charting well were high(er).
Drug addict Amy Winehouse today found herself at the center of yet another scandal – one that is threatening to leave her career in ruins.After watching that, I’m pretty much through with Amy; there’s only so many times one can say ‘if only she got her act together’. Though I’m almost certain that a statement to the effect of ‘I’m not a racist’ will be released, drugged out or not, there’s no excuse for saying such things. What makes the whole incident all the more bizarre is that Amy’s own genre music is of black heritage. A complete cracked out mess. SMH…

According to reports, controversial singer Amy Winehouse has started making plans to end her 11 month marriage to Blake Fielder-Civil:
The singer is waiting for her partner to be released from jail before she breaks the news to him, according to The Sun.
Fielder-Civil is currently awaiting trial at Pentonville Prison on charges of assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Winehouse has apparently missed several visits to the North London prison and is behaving like a “single woman” with friends.
“Amy does everything she can not to visit,” said a source. “She forgets she is married half the time. There are a few men she is close to and Blake can’t stand it.”
The Back To Black star’s father commented: “It wouldn’t surprise me if Amy and Blake had broken up.” {Source}
According to Billboard.com, Michelle Williams’ new album has been titled ‘Unexpected’ and is slated for an August release via Music World/Columbia. Check out their preview of the album, as well as the confirmed tracklist:“Unexpected” boasts production from Stargate, Rico Love, the Heavyweights, Wayne Wilkins, Andrew Frampton and SoulShock & Karl. “We Break the Dawn” is the first single, set to drop in April, while the Stargate-produced “Stop This Car” is the second.
The set features pulsating beats on “Lucky Girl,” where Williams uses a vocoder; “The Greatest,” utilizes a martial drum pattern and a winding piano riff; the “Pump Up the Jam”-esque “Private Party;” and the Heavyweights-produced “Thank You,” where Williams sings, “While you were out getting yours, boy I was getting mine / I want to thank you for the times you cheated on me.”
