Music World Entertainment has issued an official press release regarding recent rumours that Beyonce has decided to replace her father as her manager with her husband Jay-Z. In a statement forwarded by Mark Young on behalf of the label, it was confirmed that the singer is still represented by her father and not the Hip-Hop mogul who runs Roc Nation. The pace appears to be picking up with Beyonce‘s latest project. Currently on hiatus from performing, the 28 year old is set to hit the studio tonight with Ne-Yo – according to the man himself.
Many will remember the pair’s last collaboration, 2006′s ‘Irreplaceable’ and the countless headlines it generated, Indeed Ne-Yo’s very public dispute of Beyonce ‘s claim to have “written” the song, remains a talking point among many. Evidently, any ill-feeling appears to have been left in the past.
Thus far details surrounding the superstar’s new album have remained closely guarded. Although, Beyonce, herself, announced that the hotly anticipated follow-up to her ‘I Am…Sasha Fierce’ LP is due to hit stores before the year’s end…
The one and only Lauryn Hill brought New York’s ‘Rock the Bells’ festival to a standstill last night when she invited a bevy of stars to join her during the show’s ‘Fu-Gee-La’ finale. Gracing the stage with Hill were Beyonce, Jay-Z, a heavily pregnant Alicia Keys, Swizz Beats, John Legend, and Chris Rock!

Beyonce has been accused of copying clothing designs for her new ‘Dereon’ 2010 Fall collection from another fashion label. The singer, who has faced several allegations of theft regarding her music in the past few years, reportedly duplicated a pair of studded leggings designed by E-Label that she bought in London earlier this year. As earlier reported, Beyonce is gearing up for the release of her eagerly awaited ‘I Am…Tour’ DVD (due later this year). The disc, which looks to be the singer’s most feature-heavy yet, includes her London 02 show (recorded last November), as well as rehearsal footage and a special Billboard tribute.
