The Queen of Hip-Hop/Soul Mary J. Blige took to the stage at the People’s Choice Awards 2010 a few hours ago to perform ‘I Am’ – the latest single to be lifted from her well-selling ‘Stronger With Each Tear’ LP.
Though it’s pretty much standard-fare for Mary to nail her performances, she really did the damn thing with this one! The band were on fire and I literally was flapping my arms in approval when she started taking it to church at the end (2.54 onwards). Great, great, performance!

I loved the performance but I don’t see what you meant about her taking it to church!? And the adlibs? Do you even know what you talking about? it sounded just like the studio version of the song!

When ever Mary J walks out on the stage, you can beat your last dollar she will give you the performance of her life. Wow! Loved the facial expressions. She is the Queen. God bless her and may God continue to smile upon her everything she does.

@Sammy, everyone knows that MJB is not the best singer in the world. MJB still be going flat singing live…lol, I love her personality. I miss real R&B singers like Aretha, Patti, and Whitney (in her prime).
