Looks a little cheap, like they took this from a still from the “Ride It” video. Label couldn’t have coughed up some money for a real photoshoot? Ah well, I’ll still check it out.
It’s a simple cover, so I’m not really wowed by it. I love her cheekbones! The picture that RAWR linked us to would have been a better cover. I was expecting a full body shot in show dance pose so I’m slightly disappointed. I’m just happy she’s releasing her stuff to get her publicity going! =D

This album is most likely not going to revive her career like “Circus” did for Spears or “Private Dancer” did for Tina Turner. The truth of the matter is Ciara lacks originality. & this is coming from a EX-fan. I don’t dislike her but her music does absolutely NOTHING for me anymore. “Ride” is FLOPTASTIC & is so annoying I feel like i could have a CI-zure! I just could not imagine why an album cover garnered so many comments. Personally I think the pic is pretty but plain for an album cover. BUT IT DOESN’T REALLY MATTER
(Submitted last comment too soon). As I was saying, it’s what’s in the album that really counts not what’s on the cover. As for the song “Ride,” it is slowing moving up the charts so looks like it’s too soon to label it a flop. Number 5 on the R&B chart and number 50 on the Hot 100 chart though is not yet good enough to rule out the possibility of it flopping. We’ll see… if any Beyonce song peaked around 50 on the Hot 100 chart it’s considered a flop and the same goes for Ciara. More importantly “Ride” is not a late release from an already successful album; it’s especially important that the lead song for an album peak much higher. For her sake “Ride” needs to rise a lot higher in order to help her avoid an album flop in August, no matter what the cover looks like.
