Brown was arrested on Wednesday in Brooklyn, N.Y. after 911 received a call claiming that she had violated an order of protection issued against her, police say. No further details were available, although, sources claim a dispute with a neighbour led the arrest.
The 30-year-old rapper, whose real name is Inga Marchand, has an extensive arrest record, most recently having pled guilty in 2008 to menacing a neighbor with her cellphone after getting into a fight the year prior, according to USA Today. She also spent seven months in jail in New York City on charges of getting in a fight with the manicurists in a nail salon.
