creativity hasn’t peaked in a while normally ne-yo has an infectious dance floor hit on his hands, but this song beautiful monster is utter garbage and can’t subsitute for a single that will be worthy of him trying to take ideas from michael jackson,

Why is is ok for Chris Brown to swagger jack Michael Jackson and not Ney-o. Neyo-o knows how to write music and produce music. Michael is his inspiration. I, for one find it amazing how Ney-o has studied , actually studied MJ’s writing style, music video swagger and has incorporated it into his artform. People say that Ney-o is stealing from the King, but the King said in an interview for Vibe magazine that he likes Ney-o because his style reminds him of himself, he felt Ney-o melody was like his. Ney-o has proven himself that can use mj writing technique. And when the king gives you a compliment, what else is there?
Now CB, the only thing CB and MJ have in common is the fact that they both used dance in their presentation. Actually, it’s two different forms of dance. MJ was polished and tehnique, where CB is more adaptable to today’s format. CB intrepretation of MJ is on the same level of Usher, JT. Ney-o you can tell he studied the man’s swagger. Mind you, know one will ever have MJ charisma, style, presence, but for the young audience who are impressed with today’s artists, CB is worth the hoopla and tears that was displayed at the BET Awards. As a diehard MJ fan, I wasn’t impressed. However, with Ney-o he did an excellent job singing.
