Breakout star Jessie J, today, revealed the official cover for her new single ‘Price Tag’. Serving as the singer’s US debut and UK follow-up to #2 smash ‘Do It Like A Dude’, the video for the B.O.B assisted cut is set to premiere on January 30th (the same day the track hits iTunes).

MUCH better than “Do it Like a Dude”. I hated that song and its very smart to debut in the US with this song instead. The video better not be as dumb as the Do it like a dude one. I rolled my eyes during that one. She was trying to hard. This photo is ridiculous too. Whats going on with her lips? IDK I feel like shes trying to have some sort of edgy look to stand out (singers need one nowadays) but it just doesnt work and comes off as desperate. Anyway, I like this song and wish her the best but she needs an image makeover stat.
I already heard it before this post & all I have to say is YASSSSSSS! It has my girl Jessie J with her Jazz like runs, & powerhouse vocals, then my dude B.o.B. slaying the rap verses, & the lyric’s actually matter & mean something. Didn’t like “Do It Like A Dude” at all, watered down crap. Now… the LIVE version SLAYS! Can’t wait to purchase it.

I actually prefer all of her live performances over her studio work. She actually has real talent. F’ing refreshing.
This chick is wack as hell! I keep on giving her a chance because so many people on here praise the hell outta her and I just don’t get it. Her runs are too damn extra and have such an ugly jazzy feel to it and her vocals are all over the place. Her voice isn’t unique, spectacular, or even really soulful. She tries too hard and I believe that she’s an imitator. That “Do It Like a Dude” song was awful. Very generic and lame. And the video was disgusting. She looked so stank and like a “dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty” ho! I also can’t stand her image. She seriously looks like she’s channeling Lady Gaga and everybody and their mother is doing that now-a-days so it’s really pathetic. It’s a shame because I actually watched a youtube video of a day in the life with her and she seems like a really down-to-earth person. But this image has to go. The song sounds so much like BEP ‘Where is the Love” and again, this is another generic track. And I don’t think it’ll do well in the US because that reggae/hip-hop/alternative sound is played out and only works for male music artists.
She’s been working on material for this album for 6 years so some of it might sound like an old sound but i like her music and voice. Haven’t heard her live yet. Hope she delivers!
