  3. LAMB 4 LIFE February 14, 2011

    MARIAH CAREY SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN 5 GRAMMYS

  4. D.Strock February 14, 2011

    The Grammy Awards really aren’t a big a deal as they’re played out as being. As far as I’m concerned they just mark a good comparison to fan-voted awards shows.

  5. MUSIC February 14, 2011

    Actually, it was a way better year than the previous one. I agreed will all the wins except one big mistake: Empire State Of Mind should have won Record of the year. I know, it won best rap song and best rap collabo but still. It was an anthem.

  6. JamaalRochon February 14, 2011

    YES!!! FANTASIA GOT HER FIRST GRAMMY!?!!

  7. LAMB 4 LIFE February 14, 2011

    Lady Antebellum

  12. MUSIC February 14, 2011

    It’s about TALENT, not popularity or sales.

  13. James February 14, 2011

    This year was wack. Monica and Chris Brown were robbed!! Can’t believe Drake and Bieber didn’t win anything either.. and I aint even fans of them.

  14. hp February 14, 2011

    how did lady gaga beat beyonce for halo

  15. KinG February 14, 2011

    B.O.B should have won atleast 1 award….he was nominated five times ….

  16. MUSIC February 14, 2011

    @Lamb 4 Life

    You probably didn’t listen to these artists so how on earth do you have the balls to criticize the results?

  17. megan February 14, 2011

    WHO THE F*** ARE THE SUBURBS!!!! I WATCHED THE BORING ASS GRAMMYS TILL THE END FOR THEM TO WIN?!?

  18. LTM February 14, 2011

    #WORSTGRAMMYSEVER

  19. hp February 14, 2011

    the grammys say they dont go by sale but why did taylor swift win last year,,,her album was boring as hell

  20. MUSIC February 14, 2011

    @LTM

    I have the answers: Your taste in music is the worst ever.

  21. ThatAin’tRight February 14, 2011

    Hip Hops biggest night ended up being Hip Hops biggest lost. Jay-Z outdid Eminem in wins. Everybody outdid Eminem in wins. I feel almost bad (you know he don’t care). But Best New artist was wrong. Period. Its a shame when everyone who deserved to win lost to the one person that didn’t deserve it. Who is she? Can you say she had an impact muscially? Biggest upset ever. I feel very sorry mainly for Drake. He probably deserved it more then anybody else. He’s been hot since 2009 and this was supposed to be THAT moment. You couldn’t get it last year but here you are this year. The entire show was a bust, not only with the wins but the performances weren’t up to par.

  22. True Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Blue February 14, 2011

    @ TheKiddz:

    I love Gaga, but I agree with you. If Bey wasn’t in that category, I wouldn’t mind her winning it, though.

    Still, it’s proof that a trophy never defines the quality of an artist. So I’m not particularly bothered by it, either.

  23. Nic February 14, 2011

    grammys was decent, im mad there was no R&B performance nor the award presentation for it either. it was mostly rock bands, im not mad, but they should do better diversifying the show

  24. hp February 14, 2011

    and how did telephone lose it was the best selling song out of the bunch 7.4 million,,and it was to of the biggest stars

  25. Sheri February 14, 2011

    Not very happy with Grammys this year. What a disappointment. The majority of the winners a bad shock.

  26. LEGENDTINA4LIFE February 14, 2011

    The only good thing about the grammys were the performances.
    The winners were worst this year than last year.
    I agree with LTM, how did an EP win for Album of the Year?
    Glad Fantasia finally won a Grammy

  27. True Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Blue February 14, 2011

    @ Lamb 4 Life:

    So because they’re not international superstars, it automatically means they suck?

    That is the most moronic thing I have ever read.

    And FYI, Arcade Fire are pretty well-known abroad as well, they’ve been around for years. Idiot.

  28. Nichole February 14, 2011

    So glad my girl Fantasia won! Yay!

    Nothing for Justin Bieber! Woohoo!

    Lady GaGa won in a couple of very impressive categories, and over Beyonce. Good job.

    John Legend won quite a few, as well as Jay-Z.

    @ Lamb. Of course, Mariah’s past work (mainly in the 90’s) deserved album, song and record of the year. She’s a genius.

  29. LTM February 14, 2011

    @MUSIC
    my taste in music extends from katy perry you stupid b****. f*** off

  30. Socky February 14, 2011

    Congratulations to all of the winners, especially Fantasia and Esperanza Spalding.

  31. hp February 14, 2011

    i gess they were mad cuz bey did not come with a great show

  32. LEGENDTINA4LIFE February 14, 2011

    The nominations were terrible, so I didnt really have high hopes.

  33. BENJAMIN February 14, 2011

    El Debarge or Kem should have one Best R&B song and Best Male R&B vocal. If it wasn’t for The Roots, John Legend wouldn’t have won that because he kinda left that genre a few years back. Wish Bobby Ray could have won that Rap Album Grammy. Katy could have gotten Best Female Pop Vocal or Album, at least one for her, I feel bad cause she only has a People’s Choice Award. I’m with some of you people, I don’t know who Arcade Fire are? They mostly give those big ones to lesser commercial acts. They have a formula, they also have their favorites. Not the best Grammys, but better than last year.

  34. hp February 14, 2011

    good night,,, whack ass s*** i had things to do tonight and i stayed home for this bs

  35. MUSIC February 14, 2011

    Last year was the worst grammys EVER. Glad for Fantasia, the most deserved win of the night IMO.

  36. HATIN IS FOR SUCKAS February 14, 2011

    Congrads to the winners

  37. KYLE February 14, 2011

    THEYRE CALLED THE SCAMMY AWARDS FOR A REASON PEOPLE.

  38. AHHHHH February 14, 2011

    EVERYONE GRAMMYS IS NOT A POPUALRITY CONTEST ITS ABOUTT ALL AROUND MUSIC CANT GET MAD AT WHO WON!

  39. misha February 14, 2011

    the grammy’s are a joke half of these people performing or won an award I have no clue who the are and eminem not winning album of the year i’m just baffled confused and i’ve lost 4 hours of my life watching this sorry excuse for a award show. It just reminded of when mariah didn’t win album of the year even justin bieber not winning best new artist surprised and i’m not even a fan but then again old people decides who win.

  40. LAMB 4 LIFE February 14, 2011

    @ True Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Blue

    Everyone who has talent WILL eventually be heard and become famous.

    THIS MUSIC IS JUST MEDIOCRE AND like Chris Brown said earlier the Grammys are based on politics and asskissing!!!

  41. LEGENDTINA4LIFE February 14, 2011

    Performances>>>>>>>>>Winners/Nominations

  42. aaron February 14, 2011

    HELP, THESE DAMN PEOPLE

  43. aaron February 14, 2011

    SOME TIMES THEY GO ON SALES AND SOME TIMES THEY DONT

  44. MUSIC February 14, 2011

    @Legendtina4Life

    To some degree, i agree.
    Xtina should have been nominated for You lost me and won it. It was the biggest snub of the year.

  45. GangsterA February 14, 2011

    lady gaga has no bizz winning the pop vocal for bad romance so everyone who sing from her nose can get a grammy and she beat beyonce SMDH but yes to rihanna winning her first grammy with no collob congrats to everybody

  46. True Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Blue February 14, 2011

    @ Lamb 4 Life:

    Not always. Luck/fate plays a huge part in things. Don’t tell me that most artists who are massively popular right now (Justin, Rihanna, Ke$ha, Britney, etc.) are more talented than those that aren’t simply because they’re well known.

    And I bet you’ve never heard the music of the people you just slated. Sit down with your ignorance

  47. hp February 14, 2011

    my head hurt

  48. the kiddz February 14, 2011

    @Nichole

    I’m guessing she didn’t buy any this year, huh?

  49. LEGENDTINA4LIFE February 14, 2011

    @MUSIC
    Yes, You Lost Me would have easily blown Teenage Dream and that horribly sung Bad Romance song out of the water. The other noms for that category were average.

    But 2010 was terrible year in music, so it makes sense that the Grammys would be terrible.

  50. MJSTAN February 14, 2011

    WHAT THE F*** IS WRONG WITH Y’ALL THE FACT THAT ITS NOT EXTREMELY POPULAR DOESN’T MEAN THEY DONT DESERVE IT.
    THE SUBURBS AND RECOVERY WERE THE ONLY TWO NOMINATED ALBUMS DAT WERE DESERVING
    ESPERANZA SPALDING AND FLORENCE WERE THE ONLY DESERVING TWO IN THEIRS
    SO STFU

  51. LTM February 14, 2011

    the fact that 30 seconds to mars got zero nominations was enough reason for me not to watch, but katy getting zero wins is just crazy.

  52. Walker February 14, 2011

    Congrats to everyone, especially Jay-Z and GaGa for their wins. I must say that I’ve never heard a single song by Arcade Fire, that I know of. I guess I will have to check them out to have an opinion.

  53. Walker February 14, 2011

    @ LAMB 4 LIFE, I’ve been a Mariah fan since the 90s, but you lambs really need to calm down. Mariah’s career trajectory speaks for itself, and 5 Grammys is nothing to complain about. What does she even have to do with this?

  54. kc36 February 14, 2011

    I am happy Fantasia got her first grammy. That is all.

  55. MuzikJunkie! February 14, 2011

    I’m sooooo happy that Fantasia finally won a Grammy! It’s about damn time. Congrats Fantasia and there are many more to come!

  56. The Truth February 14, 2011

    I’m Happy Fantasia won her first Grammy! I hope her label treats her better now!
    Happy JayZ and Alicia Keys won for Empire
    Happy for Ceelo was secretly pulling for him to win ROY or SOY but i knew it was a long shot lol
    Pleasantly surprised for Esperanza
    Wish Drake won Rap Group for “Fancy”
    Glad Inidia Arie and Pink won something

    It was a decent show. Wish some R&B acts performed

  57. Tru Voice February 14, 2011

    Not feelin the Gramys at ALL!!!!! Glad its over. They need to televis Clives Grammy Party, that seems more exciting based on pics alone.

  58. TinaSouthAfrica February 14, 2011

  59. dang February 14, 2011

    gaaga only two grammys? what a dry

  60. Gabs February 14, 2011

    I cant believe ppl who automatically say someone sucks w/o hearing their music. Arcade Fire is a great indie band from canada that has been hustling for years. This win gave them so much exposure. It was a win for the underdog that gets overlooked by the maintream. I love Eminem and Gaga and if they won id be happy but its not like losing changes anything for them. Meawhile it changed everything for arcade fire so good for them. Im also glad Muse won a grammy for best rock album. I think it was their first. I would have preferred Florence or Drake to win best new artist but at least it wasnt bieber

    Performances- Cee Lo and his muppets were fun and cute. Mick Jagger rocked out like he hasnt aged at all, Barbra S sounded great, I enjoyed the older acts more. Janelle Monae did great, Bruno was boring. Gaga was dissapointing. She wasnt bad, she just wasnt incredble. It was pretty toned down for her. Aretha tribute was nice but not particularly memorable

  61. Dee Eugene February 14, 2011

    This year, the Grammys just proved that they value QUALITY and ARTISTRY over quantity of Twitter fans and record sells. The Grammys is not biased like any Viacom (MTV, BET, VH1, CMT, etc.) award show, nor are they a popularity contest like the Billboard Awards and the American Music Awards. No, the people who won did so because they displayed mastery in their given category. Just because your favorite didn’t win doesn’t mean the Grammy’s sucked this year. No, they did a big F*** YOU by showing y’all that they aren’t like the other basic cable award shows who “votes” are dependent on who’s popular at the time.

  62. CoreyChampagneTv February 14, 2011

    Ok…here we go

    I actually liked a lot of tonights winners…to be honest some of my favorite artist won lol so im good…

    – Happy that Fantasia finally won!!!
    – Lady Antebellum won for one of my favorite songs of all time…
    – John Legend won 3 one of my favorite artist of all time!
    – I wish Chris Brown.B.O.B & Melanie Fiona would have won
    – And lastly I don’t care what no one says…I think it’s a beautiful thing that Esperanza Spalding won Best New Artist & Arcade Fire for Album of the Year…it just goes to show that that the Grammys are not about the sale or popularity, but the artistry…yall may not know them now, but this is a great introduction!!! Besides, half of yall haven’t even heard Esperanza’s stuff or Arcade Fire and only hatin’ because its not what familier!

  63. wonderful February 14, 2011

    just because an artist’s songs are always on the radio doesnt mean the quality of that song is all of that….somebody up there said Esperanza Spalding shouldnt have won over drake and my response is CHILD, PLEASE. please take the time out to listen to the artists you wanna throw shade at

  64. KaVion February 14, 2011

    @LAMB 4LIFE
    So the Grammys are a joke because they don’t go by popularity?
    Alright.

  65. KaVion February 14, 2011

    I just LOVE that the one time the Grammys go by talent and not popularity everyone’s pissed and ready to criticize. Let the unknown artists have their tine to shine for once, they’re more talented than half the mainstream artists. The Grammys were trying to make a statement tonight. It was the night if the underdogs and I love that they won. This should let all our Faves know they need to come harder with QUALITY music, not just hits. The big stars ruled the performances..and the underdogs took home the gold. Great show. Best one, quality wise, in years.

    Goodnight y’all

  66. KaVion February 14, 2011

    @DEE EUGENE & @WONDERFUL
    Thank you. It’s not a popularity contest.

  67. WOW February 14, 2011

    And Jennifer Hudson was annoying with her soulless mimics ala Beyonce and whitney and MAD and JEALOUS at christina’s talent throughout the whole performance.
    Jennifer is BLAND. ewwwww

  68. Heosoarpewqcff February 14, 2011

    This year Grammy’s SUCKS!!! Who the hell is Arcade Fire? Lady Antebellum and ESPERANZA SPALDING???? And song of the Year, Need You Now?? Love the way you lie is way much better!!!! For your information Esperanza Spalding has been singing for 4 YEARS!! So how is she a NEW ARTIST? Justin Bieber way deserves that award. Why Justin Bieber deserves that award? BECAUSE the WORLD knows him after his first single was released and it didn’t took him long for even 2 Year olds know him. If this show isn’t about POPULARITY, Justin Bieber is talented. He played drums at the age of 2, And could Lady Antebellum win an award over Lady Gaga and Katy Perry? This is way so scripted. Full of POLITICS.

  69. Yellow Gorillah February 14, 2011

    Rihanna got a grammy so I’m happy Gooday!

  70. JohnVidal February 14, 2011

    I LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!

    @MUSIC
    Thank u, I agree with all you said.
    This year the grammys have been themselfs again. Worst year in grammys history was last year (talking about the winners)
    I was afraid that this year was going to be a popularity game again cos of some nominations (Katy Perry, Beiber, etc) but they have really awared good things.
    The big favorite for album of the year was Eminem and zasss…haha I love that he didn´t win almost anything. I don´t understand why he gets a pass by the public. I suppose his colleages know him better. So happy.
    And I was really fearing Beiber could win new Artist. So glad the grammys have been unpredictable like they used to be before last year and awared real music even though sometimes it is not the better known by the public. I love it. Just LOVE it!
    Also I have to say:
    -Empire State of Mind>> Love the way you lie
    – Fantasia´s album> Monica´s
    etc

    So they really did their thing this year. I just wish we could erase last year from our memories. Taylor album of the year and all those grammys for Beyonce were the greatest joke of all times. It is already music history. Even grammys can f*** up things and last year was the time for time. I´m so happy some uneducated young people on here are being educated today!! YASSSSSSS

  71. Joshua10 February 14, 2011

    monica should of got album

  72. KaVion February 14, 2011

    @HEOSOARPQFF..
    Whatever the f***, your stupidity amazes me.
    Everyone who won deserved it, it’s not a damn popularity contest

  73. getatme February 14, 2011

    OMG what SNOOOZEFEST of a show!!! Boring as hell with unknown whitewashed mediocre performances….just sad low budget production!!! however Congrats to FAntasia, SADE, and JOHN legend for actually deserving to WIN there awards!!

  76. sara February 14, 2011

    OMG…
    Bad Romance won over Halo?
    There must be some mistake.
    Beyonce vocal is powerful than Gaga.
    Is this a joke?

    LOL

  77. JohnVidal February 14, 2011

    @sara
    The joke was Halo live being nominated sweetie! Learn some things about music. The grammys this year have recovered from last years disaster with Tylor and Beyonce winning big. This is about music not popularity or who sings louder.

  78. Muni February 14, 2011

    “GONE” best rap collab grammys 2012

    @LAMB 4LIFE
    So the Grammys are a joke because they don’t go by popularity?
    Alright.

    ———————————————————————————————————-

    The Grammy’s are joke because LEGENDARY ARTISTS like Mariah Carey have never won an ALBUM OF THE YEAR and some random artist win this awards where Mariah Carey contribute to the music industry tremendously and deserves it more and these losers won it why again? They are “talented” Puuhlease

    MARIAH CAREY >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> EVERYONE ELSE

  81. MTOWNPREZ February 14, 2011

    A BIG YES FOR FANTASIA!!!

  82. Dahlia February 14, 2011

    Rihannas performance was the biggest joke of the grammys

  83. MJSTAN February 14, 2011

    I REALLY THINK THE ARCHANDROID SHOULD HAVE BOTH BEEN NOMINATED AND WON ALBUM OF THE YEAR

  84. Prince&Queen February 14, 2011

    No JohnVidal ur 40 year old ass is the complete DumbAss Pathetic Joke. That b**** Johnvidal be definitely smoking crack with Crackney or something cuz he’s soo pathetic lol. That b**** pressed cuz Queen Bey can sing better than Crackney and Mariah.

  85. Prince&Queen February 14, 2011

    That Bitchl care soo much about real talent but want to hate on Real ,True, Beautiful Talent like Queen Bey b**** GTFOH!

  86. MissImpartial February 14, 2011

    Guys I knew Halo is not going to win because she won already the Grammy for this category last year. No song or album wins twice in a row. The song should not have been nominated in the first place.

    And just because some artist that you don’t know won does not mean they do not deserve as they put as much work in it as mainstream artists if not more.

    But I don’t know how Usher beat R.Kelly for best R’N’B Vocal performance!!!

  87. JohnVidal February 14, 2011

    @MissImpartial
    Yes! The only dissapointment among the winners this year has been Usher taking those R&B awards while competing with some other better albums
    @Prince&queen
    Your name is pathetic in the first place. Who are you refering as queen? I suppose is Aretha or something. If not, then just leave music lovers who are not delusional alone. IDK what you want. You want me to f*** you or something?
    I´m 27 anyway. And yes Mariah and Whitney slay Beyonce. Do u even have a doubt about it? Your fav. looks like she is 38. Please check on youtube how those two legends looked at 29 and compare to Beyonce. I´m talking about looks cos musically she gets slayed so bad

  88. KWON CAMPBELL February 14, 2011

    SO HAPPY FOR FANTASIA, JOHN LEGED, ESPERANZA SPALDING, AND LADY ANTEBELLUM!!! YAY!!!!

  89. NICK February 14, 2011

    SO HAPPY FOR FANTASIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIHANNA & LADY ANTEBELLUM! LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  90. Tina February 14, 2011

    Fantasia is a GRAMMY Award winner baby! I Love this girl! So deserved!!!!!!

  91. Shun February 14, 2011

    Congratulations to Fantasia, Mavis Staples, Esperanza Spalding, Train, and the rest of the Grammy winners.

  92. BitchIcantevenspellwelfare February 14, 2011

    @MJSTAN, I agree with you completely! The ArchAndroid is simply unparalleled.

    What I find amazing is that very talented artists like Arcade Fire, Lady Antebellum, and Esperanza Spalding were RIGHTFULLY awarded Grammys and they are being shaded by people on this site because lessers, WAY lessers, like Justin Bieber and Katy Perry did not win- are you serious!!!???

    They actually retained some sense of artistic integrity this year– I am pleasantly surprised.

  93. Kyle February 14, 2011

    I know John Legend is a Grammy favorite and I really loved his collaborative album with the Roots, it definitely had a good message behind it. BUT…I was really hoping Monica or Fantasia would take the Grammy for Best R&B Album. Also, I personally believe Monica should have taken the award for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance over Fantasia’s “Bittersweet.” Regardless though, I’m happy to see that Fantasia won her first Grammy because she deserved it nonetheless.

  94. Prince&Queen February 14, 2011

    Lol @ Johnvidal ure funny

  95. Prince&Queen February 14, 2011

    @Kyle i agree with u 1000% about Monica should be the 1 taken the award for Best R&B Vocal Performace and Monica Still Standing should’ve won Best R&B album.

  96. Chh February 14, 2011

    Dead @ Rihanna stans thinking she won that Grammy for best dance recording. That Grammy goes to the people that MADE the song. You know what that means right? It isn’t hers; It belongs to the engineers and mixers.

  97. KaVion February 14, 2011

    @LAMB 4 LIFE
    It DOESNT MATTER. Maybe she didn’t win because at the time other albums were of better quality. Album of the year means the best or biggest ALBUM not artist and Arcade Fire had the best album. They deserved it. They put out quality music dnd got recognized for it. The whole point of the Grammys is to recognize everyone and give everyone a fair shot at being celebrated. It doesn’t matter who’s bigger or more successful, that’s what the AMAs are for. I suggest you stick to watching those.

  98. i’m a billy goat February 14, 2011

    All these award shows are rigged! I will give the grammy’s credit they did not bow to corporate or corportae owned media pressure to GIVE awards to whom every they selected *Justin Bieber * Drake*10 for Emeinem. I hate that Jayz won!

    Didn’t he win last year for the same damn song? Why did he have to win in 3 different rap categories? Come one now your affiliation with that little group is showing! Non-talented hack! Time tested and true MC’s get the shaft but this shifty and shady creep gets all the recognition! It’s a damn shame!

  99. JohnVidal February 14, 2011

    @BitchIcantevenspellwelfare
    I completely agree! I´m really satisfied this time. last year was a black hole in grammy´s history

    Now lets all bow our heads and together say AMEN! 🙂

  101. tia February 14, 2011

  102. T-Sparkz February 14, 2011

    Fantasiaaaaaa!

    I’m so happy for her. Although I think she shouldve got R&B album too. I’m still happy she got something cuz i woulda wrote a letter saying” Where her grammy at cuz she does deserve one!!!

  103. ERIC February 15, 2011

    AFTER READING A FEW COMMENTS IT’S BEEN COMPLETELY PROVED THAT PEOPLE WHO VISIT THESE SITE ARE PEOPLE WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MUSIC BUT THEIR FAVS MUSIC! I JUST READ SOMEONE SAID “EP WIN FOR ALBUM OF THE YEAR?” THAT LADY GAGA HATER IS SO BLINDED SHE THINKS GAGA ACTUALLY WON ALBUM OF THE YEAR (DELUSIONAL AT ITS BEST).

    I’M A HUGE GAGA FAN (SHE WON THREE GRAMMYS AND SHE DESERVED THEM ALL) AND I ADMIT THE SUBURBS IS BETTER THAN ANY OTHER FELLOW NOMINEE BY A MILLION MILES! THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND VERY TALENTED MUSICIANS!

    JUST BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW THE WINNERS IT DOESN’T MEAN THE GRAMMYS SUCKED. HAD YOU LISTENED TO ALL THE NOMINATED ALBUMS FROM AN OPEN-MINDED POINT OF VIEW (AS I DID) BEFORE THE GRAMMYS, YOUR OPINION WOULD BE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND YOU’LL BE ON THE GRAMMY’S SIDE!

    ALSO JUST BECAUSE SOME WINNERS/NOMINNES ARE POPULAR ARTISTS IT DOESN’T MEAN THEY ARE UNTALENTED! GET YOUR FACTS TOGETHER PEOPLE. SUCCESSFUL ARTISTS GET SALES AND SUCH FOR SOMETHING. LIKE JUSTIN BIEBER: THE KID CAN’T SING (HIS NOMINATIONS WERE FOR VIEW RATINGS THAT’S FOR SURE) BUT HE DANCES AND PLAYS THE DRUMS REALLY WELL. GAGA MAY DRESS AS CRAZY AS SHE WANTS BUT SHE WILL ALWAYS BE A GREAT ARTIST AND VOCALIST.

    I’M HAPPY FANTASIA WON IN HER FIELD, I BET SAM AND TRENT WERE OVER THEMSELVES WITH JOY!

    THE ONLY AWARD THAT I FEEL WAS NOT HANDED TO THE RIGHT PERSON WAS BEST DANCE RECORDING. ANY OTHER NOMINEE DESERVED THAT AWARD BETTER THAN RIHANNA… BUT ANYWAY, IF YOU LISTEN CLOSELY TO THE OTHER SONGS RIHANNA’S WAS THE ONLY DANCEABLE ONE. LOL. YET THE LEAST QUALITY ONE.

    GRAMMYS THIS YEAR WERE AWESOME, GREAT PERFORMANCES BY THE GOLDEN LADIES IN THE ARETHA TRIBUTE; GAGA’S SONG MAY BE AS S***** AS YOU THINK, BUT HER VOCALS AND STAGE PRESENCE WERE IMPECCABLE! BRUNO AND JANELLE WERE F****** BRILLIANT! LADY ANTEBELLUM SANG BEAUTIFULLY AS USUAL. CEE LO GREEN AND GWYNETH REALLY SURPRISED ME AND THE THE MUPPETS WERE VERY ENTERTAINING AND TONGUE-IN-CHEEK (AIN’T THAT WAS HIS SONG IS ABOUT!!?). NORAH, JOHN AND KEITH SINGING JOLENE WAS HEARTBREAKING AND TOUCHING. EMINEM + DR DRE + RIHANNA + SKYLAR GREY = BOMBASTIC EXPLOSION OF GREAT MUSIC, MEANINGFUL LYRICS AND HEART-POUNDING FEELING. MICK JAGGER ROCK THE STAGE AS ONLY HE KNOWS HOW TO! AND SAVING THE BEST FOR LAST: ARCADE FIRE WERE MAGNIFICENT! THE BEST PART WAS WHEN THEY PERFORMED AGAIN “BECAUSE THEY LOVE MUSIC”!

    GOD BLESS THIS YEARS GRAMMYS, I HOPE THEY KEEP GOING ON THIS WAY. =]

  104. JohnVidal February 15, 2011

    @ERIC
    I agree with you on almost everything. I hope they keep it this way in the future. Last year was like a black hole in grammys history!

  105. Ifeanyi002 March 1, 2011

    Grammy has lost its savor owing to the fact that it does not recorgnize artist from other part of the world like Africa, Asia and Australia.come to to think of it how on earth did John Legend song beat R.KELLY’S WHEN A WOMAN LOVES .quite funny
