In what comes as the long-awaited follow-up to her sizzling BET Awards performance, R&B diva Kelly Rowland took to ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ to give ‘Motivation’ the live treatment.  This is only the second time the sexy lead single from Rowland’s third studio effort ‘Here I Am’ has gotten such.

Yes Kelly! Even hoarse in parts, this will unquestionably silence naysayers who said the singer couldn’t do the song ‘live’. The performance oozed everything Kelly is becoming known for exuding – D.I.V.A.
