Rihanna ** logs a second week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with “We Found Love” (featuring Calvin Harris), which scores Airplay Gainer honors for a second consecutive week.
Rapper Flo Rida ** concurrently bounds into the chart’s top 10 (with the songwriting assistance of an R&B/jazz legend).
“Found,” the lead single from Rihanna’s sixth studio album, “Talk That Talk,” due Nov. 21, spends a second week at No. 1 on the Digital Songs chart with 235,000 downloads sold, down 3%, according to Nielsen SoundScan. On Radio Songs, “Found” charges 7-4 (103 million all-format audience impressions, up 22%, according to Nielsen BDS).
As reported upon the song’s Hot 100 coronation last week, when “Found” became her 11th No. 1 on the survey, Rihanna became just the seventh artist in the chart’s 53-year history to tally at least 11 toppers, joining the Beatles ** (20), Mariah Carey ** (18), Michael Jackson ** (13), Madonna ** (12), the Supremes ** (12) and Whitney Houston ** (11).
Below Rihanna’s latest leader, LMFAO **’s “S*** and I Know It” advances 3-2 on the Hot 100. The cut remains at No. 2 on Digital Songs (203,000, down 1%), while pushing 8-5 on Radio Songs (93 million, up 10%).
Adele **’s former five-week No. 1 “Someone Like You” slips 2-3 on the Hot 100. The song leads Radio Songs for a second week (142 million all-format audience impressions, down 3%), while holding at No. 3 with 144,000 downloads sold (down 3%).
As reported earlier today, Columbia Records will release “Set Fire to the Rain” as the next single from Adele’s former Billboard 200 No. 1 (and still top five) album “21.”
Rounding out the Hot 100’s top five, former four-week No. 1 “Moves Like Jagger” by Maroon 5 ** featuring Christina Aguilera ** remains at No. 4 and Gym Class Heroes **’ “Stereo Hearts,” featuring Maroon 5’s Adam Levine, rebounds 6-5.
David Guetta **’s “Without You,” featuring Usher **, climbs 7-6 on the Hot 100 and Foster the People **’s “Pumped Up Kicks” dips 5-8.
Flo Rida enters the Hot 100’s top 10, as “Good Feeling” vaults 12-8. The Sunshine State rapper’s sixth top 10 features a sample of Avicii’s “Levels” (No. 39 on the Dance/Club Play Songs chart), which itself samples “Something’s Got a Hold on Me,” which reached No. 37 on the Hot 100 in 1962 for Etta James **, who co-wrote the song.
The iconic James, thus, now ranks higher on the Hot 100 as a writer than she ever has as an artist; the now-73-year-old jazz/blues artist notched her best peak as a performer with “Tell Mama” (No. 23) in 1968.
Cobra Starship **’s “You Make Me Feel…,” featuring Sabi (9-9), and LMFAO’s former six-week No. 1 “Party Rock Anthem,” featuring Lauren Bennett and GoonRock (8-10), close out the Hot 100’s top tier.

Oh honey if she hasn’t gotten a #1 CD yet and this is her 6th CD, then I doubt she will ever get one. A lot of people who are relevant at the moment can go their entire career without getting a #1 album in the US. All they’re relevant for is getting a #1 song and let’s face it Rihanna is just a singles person here in the US. She hasn’t even sold 8 million albums in the US yet.
