Its official…because your fans are tired…tired…tired…Cassie you are no longer the Official Girl. Cassie has thrown her 2012 comeback away. Cassie must have read Olivia’s (formerly of G-Unit)’s music industry play book titled “How to be a S*** One Hit Wonder” Chapter 1. Be Seen and on the Scene More than You are Heard. Our spoiled “Empress of Bad Boy”, Cassie has been too busy attending various fashion weeks, jet setting, and shopping instead of promoting and performing the hell out of King of Hearts. King of Hearts is a dark smooth classic that Cassie flawlessly delivers with a snake like precision. King of Hearts could have easily been this year’s biggest club, pop, Euro, and cross-over hit. It’s a damn shame this song didn’t go to Rihanna, Kelis, or Rita Ora. But as a true Cassie “fan”, I’m disappointed in her lack of dedication to the music and her fans…to sum it up she’s not “hungry”. She’s not sleeping on milk crates in Harlem or riding the cross town bus to that dead-end part-time job until her single pops off. There are too many amazing artists out there that are grinding, giving you “life” in every performance, doing gigs at gay clubs, and using their own money to finance their hustle. Cassie reminds me of the s*** girl that is horrible in bed…there’s just nothing there…no passion, no movement, and you finish with a less than satisfying climax (mmm let’s see…am I describing s** or the King of Hearts video?).
