As earlier reported, ‘I Look To You’ hitmaker Whitney Houston once again found her vocals soaring over an R.Kelly production. This time, with the assistance of American Idol alum Jordin Sparks, the trio have created ‘Celebrate’ – the lead single from the ‘Sparkle’ movie soundtrack.
While fans will have to wait until August 17th to see the movie in its entirety, its accompanying soundtrack will line shelves on July 31st. Until then, get a full view of the album’s lead single, as it has been given the video treatment, below:

I don’t like this song or video. It’s sad what shape Whitney’s. vocals were in post 2008. I wish they would release some unreleased material from her that she recorded in the 80s and 90s.
