It’s been less than a year since Rihanna released her last album ‘Talk That Talk’, yet the Pop puppet is gearing up for its follow-up – and has now unwrapped details about its lead single.

True to her tried and tested formula, the 24 year old is set to keep her buzz a’buzzing with the release of new single ‘Diamonds’ next week Wednesday.
Confirmation came courtesy of the model herself during an interview at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas yesterday.
While we’d rather see Ms. Fenty take time out to actually hone her craft (so as to not sound like billy goat gruff), we’d be lying if we said we weren’t looking forward to this.
After all, her success story makes for a riveting watch. Marginal talent, yearly albums, and yet so-so sales. One has to wonder when or if the madness will ever stop.
Seven albums in as many years, and yet not a fraction of the sales nor respect from her peers. Mc Fenty has become the poster child for fast food music, serving up quick hits with no nutritious or lasting value.

This is why I have a problem with many Rihanna stans. Why does Beyonce’s name come up with Rihanna? Are some of you (like Kelly) that insecure that you keep harping on what another b**** is doing to make your fave look better even when she’s irrelevant to the discussion? Last time I checked, Beyonce was chillin with Obama and Michelle, the two most powerful people in the country, dusting her shoulders off.
