Rocking shades, the pretty pair were snapped entering a waiting vehicle without the company of Mariah’s husband Nick and ‘Roe’s twin Roc, enjoying what appeared to be a girl’s day out.
Next year, the icon will release a high end nail polish line with the folks over at OPI, set to coincide with the release of her hotly anticipated new album, which features the US dance smash ‘Triumphant‘.

Butterfly is not one of my favotires but a rare thing it’s that my favorite Mariah song “My All” is from that album.
That’s so weird!!! Mariah was more open, sexual, and free during that era. I though you would like that more than Music Box or Mariah Carey…..Butterfly had some of her best work to date: Honey, My all, the roof, etc…..
Could you elaborate more on why you didn’t like the era?
Haha and you think that because i’m a Madge fan, right, well it’s not that i don’t like the album it’s just that for me, i know she was finally free but her new image, wasn’t my cup of tea and the Music was never the same except for “My All”.

S****** doesn´t like R&B and Butterfly is when it all started. But artistically it´s her best work, I think there´s no doubt
It is not my fave though. I prefer Daydream and The Emancipation. Music Box is vocal heaven, but artistically is one of her worst I think, too pop with not much depth. Emotions is better musically for example

Butterfly is my favorite album followed by Emancipation, Daydream, Music Box, Emotions, Mariah Carey, Rainbow, Charmbracelet, E=MC^2, and lastly MOIA. Butterfly had so much depth and vulnerability along with TEOM. I would argue that Music Box and Emotion had her best vocal prime and Butterfly, TEOM, Daydream, and Emotions had her best song content and lyrical supremacy.
“Music Box is vocal heaven, but artistically is one of her worst I think, too pop with not much depth.” I would think that would be MOIA because it sounded unfinished……Music Box had songs like Hero, Anytime you need a friend, Everything fades away, etc…..

I think everyone needs to get the damn popcorn ready because Mariah is about to act a fool! She is working like a manic on this new album. I just need to her give me unique melodies, deep lyrics,and at least ONE song that a major audience can relate to. I know she hasn’t forgotten how to write a hit. She better dig deep within herself and pull out another “Fantasy” or “Heartbreaker!”….She is at an amazing place in her life so I can see her writing some great material. At least a couple interludes that make me melt like “Rainbow Interlude” and “Languishing.”
