Needless to say, congratulations are certainly in order for the ladies. Of course, they have ample work to in bettering their live performing game, but this may well be what is needed to gear them up.

On a random note, while this is their first stint at the top, the ladies have countless other cuts equally deserving (see: ‘Work’, ‘Ego’, ‘All Fired Up’ and the like). Still, when it’s time it’s time and now is that time. More power to them!

  4. JARED (WHITE DUDE) March 24, 2013

I know this is a British site and I know that ‘The Saturday’s’ are a British act, but…

Please @ TGJ… Report on British acts who will still have a career in five years, or at least have a platinum sales plaque.

    Adele, Emeli Sande, J.L.S etc.

    • Dev March 24, 2013

I’m sure “Mirrors” is a hit in far more countries than the UK anyway, it even has a chance to go Top10 in the states and sell multi-platinum, specially when people are hungrier than ever for early 00’s R&B, Jazz and actual REAL music, finally the euro craze is starting to die.

I’m so happy Justin worked with Beyonce on her next album.

My favorite commentor for now is @ JARED TBH… Always spilling the truth tea, no hate, no shade, no delusion! 😀

justins music isn’t R&B, Jazz or real music. It’s dated timberland from the missy, ginuwine, nicole wray, aaliyah sessions. please don’t compare this album to any decent music. the people who craved brought brandy 211, swv i missed us

  10. DSTROCK March 24, 2013

First song I’ve ever heard from them and I loved it. I like the version without Sean Paul better, and the music vid and a skip and a hop away from a total borefest, but still, congratulations to them.

  11. Lydia March 24, 2013

Theyre even practically irrelevant over here in the UK! More publicity and promo than anything else!

  12. Lovebird March 24, 2013

They are so edgy, hip and fresh. I liked All fired up and I bought the Mastered for iTunes version of this song (sounds so much better). Good for them and hope they have the same success in the USA.

  13. MISHKA March 24, 2013

This is their first #1 single, really? No offense but everybody goes #1 in the UK, didn’t know some acts had to actually chase the #1 spot…

  14. TAYLOR SWIFTS NUMBER 1 FAN!!! March 24, 2013

Taylor swifts single “22” is number 11 up 15, and still isn’t out on full release until the 31st!

  15. Wow March 24, 2013

It took them so long, no one in the UK even cares. I mean even Girls aloud split up and are still more relevant. Anywho wish them the best on cracking america.. (yeah ok)

  16. geo March 24, 2013

they split already? i cant believe that omarion and bow wow rumor..i mean just google kelsnetwork

  17. MichaelTheSatsMix July 13, 2013

The Sats Deserved It, and Artists like Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Miley Cyrus & Demi Lovato have NEVER Had a UK number one, so saying everyone gets one is complete crap
