This was actually a good video, for it being independent. I read the post and then watched the video. Sam had me prepared for a mess, and it was nothing remotely close to that. I don’t know why Ashanti released ‘Thats What We Do’ featuring R Kelly as a single, but never made a music video for that song. This cover art looks really old to me. It’s crazy how SWV & Ashanti released first singles at the same time but Ashanti keeps pushing back her album. It couldn’t be because ‘The Woman You Love’ failed to chart on Billboard because that video made 106 & Park countdown, SWV’s first single ‘Cosign’ never made 106 & park & chart at 103 on Billboard just missing the top 100 & their album still got released. And SWV second single ‘Love Unconditionally’ never had a music video because their label E1 didn’t want to release one. But yet E1 gives Ashanti a second music video & not SWV? That’s not fair… Well hopefully her album gets released in June 4 as scheduled.
