Lmao @ that forgettable ass song winning. I love MJ as much as the next guy, but come on now!

    • Tallb July 31, 2013

i agree. i love mj but this song wasn’t popular enough to be the best song. but choosing one song as the best is impossible either way. it depends on the mood too much

    • Ugh July 31, 2013

Well let me go and vote for my MJ. That song is not forgettable are you serious? you probably think We Found Love was the song of the decade…..smfh

    • JOHNVIDAL July 31, 2013

At least it is still better than Toxic and especially than “We Found Generic Song”.

  2. briej July 31, 2013

Umm although the song wasn’t his best. This Just proves the power of fans he has I mean every major artist has there own group of stans. It could be that maybe people went back and reevaluated the album and tracks it was alot of trash put out so…..

    • Ugh July 31, 2013

This is a TGJ pole so it’s not that serious

  3. MUSICHEAD July 31, 2013

How are some of these songs even on the list? You Rock My World? I Look To You? Motivation? One Direction???

And why aren’t we focusing on 1 decade instead of 2? I mean it would make sense if we focused on the greatest song from 2000-2009. This list is all over the place and has no credibility.

However, if I were to choose 00-09 it would be:

    1. Single Ladies
    2. We Belong Together
    3. Toxic
    4. Crazy In Love
    5. Hot In Herre
    6. S*** Back
    7. Irreplacable
    8. I Kissed A Girl
    9. Poker Face
    10. I Got A Feeling

    • The Truth July 31, 2013

Your list looks way more accurate than the list TGJ cooked up.

    • Queen Brit Brit July 31, 2013

Great list but Beautiful by Xtina should be between Toxic and Crazy In Love.

      • MUSICHEAD July 31, 2013

I agree. It should be a contender but I don’t know if it should be that high lol.

  4. Queen Brit Brit July 31, 2013

LOL!!! MJ fans are dedicated, I can’t hate. But we all know Toxic had bigger impact and is the real winner. Congrats to both 😀

    • JOHNVIDAL July 31, 2013

I don´t see how Toxic had that impact people keep talking about. The real impact Britney made was Baby One More Time, and also her second album and that Opps I did it again video. Toxic… I understand why her fans love it, it´s one of her best, but it had no impact (or special impact) in the general public. This list and most of people suggestions are not accurate at all.

  5. Love July 31, 2013

YAS ! My favorite MJ song !!!!

  6. Michael July 31, 2013

MJ fans are the most dedicated!

  7. soulmusiclover July 31, 2013

that picture though!real divas and great artists! LEGENDARY!

    • JOHNVIDAL July 31, 2013

      Amazing!!!

  8. 2013 July 31, 2013

  9. Navy Nick July 31, 2013

yes 4 that JANET video-took me back-I gotta go home & play some of her dvds!

  10. Maestro J* July 31, 2013

    LONG LIVE THE KING
Cuz he just slayed this poll without even trying … lol

  11. JOHNVIDAL July 31, 2013

I have to say a list with the real best songs of the last decade (or some of them, mixing quality and success) would be:
    – Crazy in Love (are people serious thinking Single Ladies is better? lol)
    – Fallin (Alicia Keys)
    – Rehab (Amy Winehouse)
    – Rolling in the deep (Adele)(Seeing how it seems we are talking about 2001-2013, which doesn´t make sense)
    – We Belong Together (Mariah Carey)
    – Boulevard of Broken Dreams (Green Day)
    – Bad Romance (Gaga)
    – Yeah (Usher)
    – Vertigo (U2)

And I don´t know, more. But those are pretty iconic and really good at the same time.

    I don’t understand!!!

How can this “blog” have 74,480 votes when this gossip site only has 31,544 followers??????????????

    Something’s not right!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • BeachHouseBritney July 31, 2013

Where do I begin to assess your stupidity.
There are more than 31,544 on the internet, when they do these polls all the stan bases rush here to vote for their faves.
If twitter followers equalled web traffic than most sites would be averaging on 10,000 views a day, but clearly they are not.
Common sense would have told you that.

    • Lana Del Slay July 31, 2013

@WhenInDoubtTheTruthWillOut Please tell me you’re not being serious.

    • TurntUp4Cici July 31, 2013

I forgot Umbrella by Rihanna but that should be around top 10 for sure that song was big

  14. Hola August 1, 2013

You can’t really pick the best song of the decade. Maybe a certain artist’s best song of the past ten years but there’s so many factors that go into it. The list should be the best selling songs of the decade.

  15. Gabriel August 2, 2013

    -.-

    LOL
    Are you serious?!
Something is wrong. Nobody even remeber this Michael Jackson song. I think he’s an amazing artist but TMW is such a big flop!
    Toxic in the second place?
    Whatever…
    I won’t be part of it…

  16. justin August 3, 2013

this poll should’ve been titled “WHO DO YOU STAN FOR?” I’m a big fan of most of these artists, but I chose rihanna, because I think we found love changed music and marked the new era of electronic/pop hit music. To me, it’s still not even played out or old. Single ladies was legendary for beyonce, and the choreography/video, but in no way do the lyrics truly relate to the era/mood/masses. (and is no way near her greatest song.)
