i’ve built an appreciation for t-boz’s very distinctive voice. That may come from being a brandy fan and admiring her lower register. that being said, t-boz is a beast in that lower register. ‘dear lie’ on fanmail.

You ignorant boobs sound “basic” calling this song basic. This is the best thing TLC has done since before 3D. Its relaxing mixture of breezy R&B/Pop/AC with plush chords and a strong beat, while T-Boz and Chilli’s contrasting voices seamlessly blend together. It’s also probably Neyo’s best production work since “Do You.”
Final Grade: B+
The problem is that you silly ass 90s babies who think music was invented in 2008 are all too accustomed to the corny, generic pop crap that’s been contaminating the scene since then. I’d sooner buy this than anything Katy Perry, Rihanna, Bieber or Miley churn out.
