Kelly Rowland is the latest name to be snapped soaking up the New York Fashion Week festivities.
The ‘Motivation’ maven was spotted at the MADE Public School presentation in NYC today and looked oh so fly.
Ms. Kelly’s appearance marks one of her first major showings since giving birth to baby Titan Jewell last Winter.
In other news, the 34-year-old held a Google Hangout with a group of fans this week on her birthday (February 11th) and revealed that she’s actively working on her fifth studio album.
Interestingly, the songbird explained that she’s aiming for a more “uptempo” sound this go round, which – from where we’re standing – is awesome news. Her last album ‘Talk A Good Game’ was solid, however the lack of uptempo’s dented its body somewhat.
With the singer explaining that the faster pace doesn’t necessarily mean she’s cooking up more Dance tracks, we’re hoping the new project heralds the return of ‘Lose My Breath’ Kelly. It’s time.

@Tina Knowles, actually yes. Or at least stay in for awhile. If my parent died I wouldn’t be able to just get back out there in the spotlight. Nothing against her but its just weird.
She also just had a baby. She had to deal with the most extreme high and low of her life almost back-to-back. It’s possible that the emotions that come with taking care of her new son and watching him grow everyday have overpowered the emotions that she had when her mom died.

She is far from untalent but she just missing something. She hasn’t been consistent live vocally, and she doesn’t promote well. Like motivation came out and instead of moving to single #1, she promoted motivation months after it ran its course and summer was over and she still had not release a new single or video. And the last album she didnt promote. She can make all the up beat danceable songs she want, doesn’t change if it is the best song ever if she doesn’t do anything but release the song to radio and hope ppl gravitate to it

To be honest, kelly’s good, and very likeable. But damn girl needs to understand the music business and decide what her place is gonna be. She should do dance if you ask me. She would be huge. This morning watching bundisliga in germany and when love takes over was playing in halftime.
I really love Kelly, and TAGG was a great album but wtf was up with the lack of promo and weak single choices. She barely talked about HER MUSIC but rather Beyoncé. Beyonce needs to be a nice sister and lend Kelly her team for a couple of months while she vacations.

Talk a good game is one of my favorite R&B albums ever. I stream it everyday and I bought the entire album to support her. I was very unpleased when she released ice and kisses as singles because it did not reflect her album well. Her TAGG era was very messy and T.altogether.. At times I felt like she didn’t care about the album because she rarely promoted it. Don’t get me started on how much she talks about Beyoncé. That s h I t IRKS me. Beyoncé is doing a fine job of promoting her album. She needs to take notes and stop talking about her. “my sister” this and that. NO ONE CARES ABOUT f CLOSE YOU ARE. AT THE END OF THE DAY IT IS A BUSINESS.

Kelly gives me life she could be so much more with that unique smile of hers! I dont think she is lazy, but maybe she gets discouraged when she feels like her label didnt help her as much as they helped Ariana or others on Republic who had 100k 1st week sales, least thats one point she did make. My guess is she is sighned to Rock Nation or Def Jam and this time she will get proper support = motivation!
