The fallout from the 58th annual Grammy nominations continues.

Drake‘s domination the pop-cultural sphere with his hyper-hit ‘Hotline Bling’ led many to believe that he’d land many a nomination in the recently released tally.

However, it’s now emerged that a mistake at his embattled label Cash Money has caused what many have deemed one of the most pronounced injustices in recent years.

Details below…

According to Hits Daily Double, ‘Bling’ was not submitted, due to a “clerical error” on the part of Cash Money.

That chart smash, which reached #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, was eligible by date (it was officially released in July, way ahead of the September 30th deadline).

The mess-up will likely cause heightened tensions between Drizzy and the Birdman run imprint. Indeed, recent years have seen him veer further from the fold and focus on his own OVO movement.

He’s not the only one too. Nicki Minaj has been pushing more of a solo agenda of late, while Lil Wayne’s spat with Cash Money is as public as public gets.

Is the once formidable faction on the brink of a break-up?

Dramas like this surely highlight that something is off.

SUE THEIR ASSEZ FOR EVERYTHING DRAKE!
Fukk A “clerical error”… They knew exactly what their shady intentions were due to the recent beef with the label, Lil Wayne and all artists included.

Then again its a Grammy…. which loses its excitement and credibility with each passing year.

i have a feeling that young money did this on purpose. Birdman is just mad that Drake is doing so well. Too bad, course if it was submitted he would have gotten at least some norminations and possibly win. it was great injustice to Drake, really unfair.

Smh, not only did Drake himself hinder Hotline Bling’s chances to be his first #1, now his label has shut him out from potential Grammy and possible wins. Eh, he shouldn’t fret. VFT6 drops next year and I’m sure he’ll pick up many accolades with it ?

Birdman the b**** needs to get a hot backhand from Aubrey. Him and Onika need to get out of Cash Money ASAP!
