Ariana Grande Confirms Album Title / Announces ‘SNL’ Performance Of Two New Songs

Published: Thursday 25th Feb 2016 by Sam

It’s official. Ariana Grande is deeming herself a ‘Dangerous Woman’ on her third studio album.

The budding diva has confirmed the title, which she has been teasing all week, as the follow-up to 2014’s ‘My Everything.’

Much to the delight of her “Arianators,’ the starlet also had more news.

Find out after the jump…

In a voice note left on her newly launched site, the 22-year-old also announced that she’ll be performing on the March 12th episode of Saturday Night Live.

She’ll be coming to SNL bearing gifts, for it was also revealed that she is taking to the stage to unwrap renditions of two new songs – the LP’s title track and another cut ‘Be Alright.’

The album’s title is a little meh in that it’s entirely too literal for Grande’s inevitable “good girl gone grown” agenda. It’s been done before by many a Pop tart, who’ve been more creative with said angle (see: ‘Stripped’).

Still, Ariana’s talent is one that cannot be denied, hence we’re eager to hear what she’s been baking in the studio. Because, ultimately, it’s the music that matters most. For us.

It’ll also be uber interesting to see how her first campaign, sans former manager Scooter Braun, fares.

In any case, the singer joins a growing list of names who are helping the first half of the year serve as one of the busiest in recent music memory.

No one’s here for it *looks at focus* h** should just be a professional donut licker/taster.

Oh no. She’s trying way too hard to shake of the cutsie 12 year old child thing she had going in.

No body cares about this paedophile fantasy …although those two flop singles will still out chart everything from the new beyonce album .

I really do like Miss Grande but she just doesn’t have a s*** look or vibe. She looks like a pageant girl trying to stiffly shake something when she dances. She can bring the house down with that voice, but as for a “bad girl” direction she really needs to change her look.

These basic girls are too much. Same as Rihtry, she has to wait until Adele is not at the top of Billboard´s hot 100 to go and try getting a quick, fake and forgettable hit single there LOL When you cannot dominate with an real album because you don´t have it in you to be a real and unique artist all of these attempts are laughable.

Same as Beyoncé. She’s waiting for 25 to hype down and then ”attack” and ”slay.”

Why do all your comments only ever consist of trying to discredit Beyonce? Troll much?

I can’t wait. I’m sure she learned her lesson from “Focus” too, so I’m all here for hearing her new music. Hopefully, she’ll get her first #1 with this era. If she gets two, that’ll be great.
