Armed with the excitement surrounding her Billboard Music Awards performance, Britney Spears is wasting no time readying her return to the charts.
The Pop princess has teamed with G-Eazy for ‘Make Me (Oooh),’ the lead single from her 9th studio album.
Set for release next month, its housing LP will follow in the Fall.
Our friends over at E! caught up with the star on the set of the Dave LaChapelle directed video last night.

On Her New Album:
“It’s very exciting. I’ve been working on this project for a year and a half now, almost two years so it really means a lot to me. It’s my baby.”
On Its Sound:
“It’s a little melodic, a little more not so poppy. It’s kind of chill. Very chill.”

Granted she still serves Pinocchio like stiffness, there’s no denying she’s gained some of her speed and agility back.
Paired with the right material (and cuts + edits), we could be in for a treat with both the song and video.
As for the album, she said a whole lot of nothing. So we’ll just have to wait it out.
