Grammy winning crooner Miguel has turned on the time machine for his latest retro-inspired tune ‘Cadillac.’
Featured on the upcoming soundtrack to Netflix’s highly anticipated original series ‘The Get Down,’ a series chronicling the lives of a group of young African American men in the late ’70s (starring Jaden Smith, Justice Smith, Shameik Moore, and more), the funky horn-filled ‘Cadillac’ thematically mirrors the musical drama.
Curious to hear the tune ahead of the show’s August 12th premiere? Tuck in below for your first listen:

Furthermore I do not listen to music for sales, I listen to music because it feeds my soul.
Miguel never disappoints.Another critically acclaimed album is coming.
His last album was hard to listen to. I tried. He sounded like a frank ocean wannabe and it didn’t translate well.
I disagree. “Wild Heart” was a masterpiece and underrated.I don’t listen to Frank Ocean but I doubt Miguel takes anything from him. He’s inspired by Prince and BabyFace.
You are the only person I’ve seen who thought Wildheart sounded like Frank Ocean. It sounds nothing like Frank’s music. The album was a masterpiece and very much Prince inspired.
That picture of him is s***
Oh that’s right…Frank Ocean is coming out with an album…
Nice song I like it
Miguel never disappoints. Wildheart honestly deserved a Grammy
