Tink doesn’t waste time.

Fresh from unleashing new mixtape ‘Winter’s Diary 4’ today, the rising rapstress has unwrapped the video for ‘Modern Wave.’

The summer turn-up track is the first cut from the collection to receive the visual treatment and makes for solid effort.

Watch the slick clip after the jump…

Kudos.

We remain all sorts of excited to see Tink’s ascend and especially for her debut album ‘Think Tink’ (due via Epic Records).

Her presence, along with the likes of Dreezy, Bre-Z, and Dej Loaf, certainly make female rap feel less…mono.

    Dreezy already stole this lane boo. Timbaland hyped u up and we lost interest he ALWAYS does that.

      i agree, I prefer Dreezy anyway. Her Chiraq freestyle and the song with Dej Loaf>>>

        While I got love for Dreezy, Tink is far more superior an artist than she is; voice, raps, lyrics, tenacity, versatility, you name it! Plus Dreezy can’t even sang. Y’all need to stop being so petty, pitting female rappers against each other in today’s generation. There’s plenty room for talent from Chitown to pop. Feeling the video’s simplicity. It’s got a grassroots feel. Trinity ain’t about the gimmicks! #ThinkTink

      @Danzou

    This girl is very talented! Tink can sing & rap & perform! I see Tink going way further then Dreezy tho! I get excited like a Beyonce album when Tink release EPs!

    • Danzou August 25, 2016

      Tink will go farther because she wasn’t in a lane carved for anyone else. Tink is far more in touch with her craft than dreezy and far more soulful and heartfelt. It’s obvious that dreezy team threatened tink though cuz tink is all of a sudden on a promo roll.

    I don’t think Tink and Dreezy sound alike at all. Sure both are from Chicago, but Dreezy is filling in the hood rout, something a female rapper haven’t done since Kim, while Tink is doing a whole artistry rout and raps & sing about growth, maturity and emotions. Both will have a hard time making it.
