Lady Gaga has yet to christen ‘Million Reasons’ her new single, but she sure is wasting no time promoting the song.
Unwrapped early today as a instant-gratification track to those who pre-order new album ‘Joanne,’ the song is racing up the charts on its own accord.
It’s little wonder then why the 30-year-old and her team have been ardently pushing the cut (along with its purchase and stream links) on social media.
The latest promotional tool to engineer excitement is the reveal of its cover.
Taking to Twitter moments ago, Gaga shared the shot above and wrote…

I’m actually glad she’s expressing her true self… Lady Gaga is an alter-ego/character, but Joanne is who she really is. She doesn’t have to appeal to the masses to deliver good music… Sales & chart positions are so overrated. I miss the days where only the quality of music mattered. You people are so focused on sales, you allow TERRIBLE music to top the charts. I bet half of you who comment, with such disrespect, don’t even listen to the music, or watch the videos, interviews, etc… you just go straight to talking ?. Lady Gaga’s vocals are on point, & she can perform live. So why hate?

I feel like this… She came out amazed me had my full attention and then just started annoying me. Like even saying her name out loud annoyed me. I just can’t stand it. I’ll watch her do her thing live but I’m just not here for her anymore.
