The 911 call that led to his detainment has been released; and tellingly the dispatcher refers to the episode as a “psychiatric emergency.”

TMZ reports that paramedics showed up to the home of West’s trainer Harley Pasternak around 1:20 PM yesterday. It was then that someone at the residence called for help saying Kanye was acting “erratically.”
Ye, who has two children with wife Kim Kardashian, was then handcuffed to a stretcher and taken to UCLA Medical Center for psychiatric evaluation.
The incident took place just one day after the 39-year-old cancelled his ‘Saint Pablo Tour; the catalyst of which was a series of rants which saw him spoke ill of former friends Jay Z and Beyonce, endorse Donald Trump, and advise Black people to get over racism.
