Bad news for Lady Gaga‘s Brazilian fans

She’s just cancelled her much promoted headlining slot at Rock In Rio 2017. Just one day before she was set to take to the stage.

Details below…

Per a statement issued by event organizers, the superstar singer is suffering from severe pain and is being treated by medical specialists.

The news comes after the star revealed she suffers from fibromyalgia – a condition that causes chronic muscle pain and fatigue.

Maroon 5 have been drafted in as a last-minute replacement, but refunds are being made available for ticket-holders who don’t wish to go anymore.

Taking to social media seconds ago, Gaga shared the snap of her in hospital with the following message echoing the statement:

Brazil, I’m devastated that I’m not well enough to come to Rock In Rio. I would do anything 4 u but I have to take care of my body right now. I ask for your grace and understanding, and promise that I will come back and perform for you soon. ??I’m so sorry, and I love you so much. ?

The right decision. She works her ass off. These artists are people with real bodies. They suffer pain and illnesses like everybody else. If theres an artist who is passionate about performing out there that is Gaga, so this shouldn´t give any reason to make anyone doubt.
