Good ‘Reputation’: Taylor Swift Rocks Billboard 200 For Another Week

Published: Thursday 14th Dec 2017 by David

Guess who’s rocking the Billboard 200 with pure sales for yet another week!

Taylor Swift of course.

Sweet news for the Pop siren after the bounce…

The star’s so-so received ‘Reputation’ hasn’t received the critical acclaim her fans had hoped it would but is faring very well commercially.

This week, the set sold north of 62,000 units in pure sales and around 100,000 units with streams placing it #2.

This week’s number #1? Luke Bryan‘s ‘What Makes You Country’ which is to sail into the top spot with around 97,000 units moved traditionally and 105,000 copies once streams are factored in.

Surprisingly, Chris Brown‘s fun-filled ‘Heartbreak on a Full Moon’ is only expected to sell around 3,000 copies this week and is carried into the Top 20 on the wings of streams garnered by its club-ready cuts.

Good news for him…bad news for Pink. For, despite seeing her new album move more units than Brown’s, she is to chart three spots lower than him because her set didn’t receive as much love on the likes of Spotify.

  • Chris Brown (RCA) 26-29k, 2-3k

  • Imagine Dragons (Kidinakorner/Interscope) 26-29k, 11-13k

  • Gwen Stefani (Interscope) 23-26k, 17-19k

  • P!nk (RCA) 22-25k, 17-19k
