Not even 24 hours after being released from his second stint in jail in less than a month (click here to read about that), embattled R&B singer R. Kelly is facing another round of accusations for the sexual abuse of a minor.
The newly surfaced allegations, courtesy of an unearthed tape reportedly featuring the Grammy winner engaged in sexual acts with a teenager, came to light after being turned over by a client of lawyer Gloria Allred.

Allred just held a press conference in NYC, where her client, Gary Dennis, came forward to explain how he found the tape, and why he’s speaking out now.
Dennis, who says he has no connection to R. Kelly whatsoever, claims he recently found this new sex tape while going through old VHS tapes of his own. He says he doesn’t know how it turned up in his possession but says he watched it and saw R. Kelly engaging in sex acts with what he perceived to be underage black girls … more than one.
Dennis didn’t go into detail about what he saw on the tape but did say that the girls on camera appeared to be underdeveloped and that the only man on tape — who he claims looked a lot like R. Kelly — seemed to be in charge of the camera. The guy says the tape appears to have been produced in the 1990s … adding there’s no indication of where it was filmed.

According to the report, Allred confirms the tape has been turned over to law enforcement officials from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. Furthermore, she was sure to express her belief that there are more tapes in circulation.
This tape would be the third new one handed to law enforcement in the last month. Attorney Michael Avenatti has already turned over 2 tapes to prosecutors in Chicago … one of which prompted the 10 count indictment against R. Kelly for aggravated sexual abuse.
?? I just find it strange that he had this tape in his posession…. and who would be crazy enough to mark it R Kelly??
This is all NONSENSE to distract from the FACTs the prosecution does not have a strong case against R. Kelly. R. Kelly’s P*** VH1 tapes from the 90s are completely USELESS to prosecute R. Kelly with. They are CERTAINLY outside the statute of limitations and are just being put in the media to bias people uneducated of the law!
Let’s be real about this. R. Kelly did some HORRIBLE crimes in the 90s by having sexx with teens. The prosecution did NOT do their job in convicting him during his last trial so now with this #MeToo movement people are ‘mad’ about it and he is any EASY target to take the focus off the WHITE PEDOs and WHITE R|APISTS. I could do a better job in convicting R. Kelly if I were the prosecutor because I would stick to the facts, cancel these media hungry attorneys out of my criminal proceedings, and I would truly do the work and research it takes to find a REAL underrage victim of Kelly’s that is within the past 20 years. I would not be surprised if he is found ‘not guilty’ again.

What about the prosecutor(s)? It was the prosecutor’s job to send him to prison the last trial. There was much stronger evidence the last trial and I am certain the prosecutor failed at doing his job because I was very shocked that he got a ‘not guilty’ verdict on all counts.
