Madonna is hot on the press run for new album ‘Madame X’ and shows no signs of cooling on her outspoken nature.
The Pop royal appears on the cover of The New York Times Magazine ahead of the June 14th release of her LP. And while the image makes for a striking shot, it’s the inner-pages that were most reverberating.
For, in gearing up for this project, Madge waxed honest about the issues she faced with her last LP ‘Rebel Heart.’ Released in 2015, the set was plagued by leaks and went on to underperform.

“There are no words to describe how devastated I was. It took me a while to recover, and put such a bad taste in my mouth I wasn’t really interested in making music. I felt raped.”
