Not even 24 hours after setting the MTV VMA Pre-show stage alight with ‘Hot Girl Summer’s first televised performance (click here to watch), Megan Thee Stallion is trotting toward putting the finishing touches on its long-awaited music video.
The clip’s premiere was reportedly delayed due to having to change its filming location, but the shake-up certainly didn’t put a permanent stay on production. Taking to Twitter to reveal the visual is ‘coming soon,’ Meg gave fans – affectionately called #Hotties – their first glimpse of what she was cooking up with the video’s co-stars Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign.

Last week the song’s premiere on the Hot 100 marked Stallion’s highest placement on the chart to date (click here to read). Debuting at #11 then, this week the tune sits at #22 (as we reported here).
Undoubtedly set to rise after last night’s performance and Moonman win, if those two fail to hoist it back to the chart’s upper rankings we’d bet money this hot, soon-to-come video will.
