Camilla Cabello will be hoping fans have her new album under the tree this Christmas, because the singer has announced a December release date for her sophomore set ‘Romance.’
And to add to the excitement, she’s confirmed its like-titled tour.
Following a slow and steady reveal, Cabello has shared the full cover for the LP.
She also confirmed that it’ll be hitting retail and streaming platforms on December 6th.
Seizing on the buzz, the 22-year-old revealed dates for a North American arena trek – aptly named ‘The Romance Tour.’
Set to commence next summer, the ambitious tour will see her play iconic venues such as LA’s STAPLES Center and New York’s Madison Square Garden – both of which seat 20,000.
The Romance Tour Dates:
Tickets go on general sale Thursday, November 21st.
The news comes after a somewhat unorthodox roll-out for the follow-up to last year’s self-titled debut. A roll-out that’s seen her release four singles in close succession – namely ‘Liar,’ ‘Shameless,’ ‘Cry For Me,’ and ‘Easy.’
Interestingly, none have set the charts ablaze. Yet, they all notably follow Cabello’s Shawn Mendes collaboration ‘Senorita’ – which topped the Billboard Hot 100 in August.
Still, with this tactical music+ticket bundle, it seems Cabello is looking at the long-game rather than heating up another ‘Havana.’ How sustainable that proves to be will be interesting to see.
