Hours after making headlines for allegedly attacking an employee for messing up his order at a Miami fast food restaurant (as we reported here), Pleasure P is speaking out to assert he’s actually the victim.
Despite the arresting officer reporting the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star was ’emitting a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage’ (to suggest he may have been intoxicated), P – born Marcus Cooper – took to Instagram to not only refute the report but also slam the popular burger joint, Checkers.
Claiming he was ‘wrongfully arrested’ and threatening to lawyer up to defend his good name, look inside to hear the Pretty Ricky performer sound off on the embarrassing incident:
The caption reads:
“moving forward we are definitely gonna look into revealing the truth in this situation. This will not go the way they think this is gonna go. I was wrongfully arrested, instead of checkers having better customer service and correcting my order. food was Thrown at me and the staff was very disrespectful. I asked for a refund and she refused to refund me. Like anybody i became upset but not to the point where i got physical with anyone. I think me being in my position, i should have just let her keep the 60 dollars even tho my order wasn’t correct. But hey you live and you learn. Action will be taken on this employee, the officer who wrongfully arrested me will be investigated and my lawyers will be in contact with @checkersrallys Get your tickets to the millennium tour and go get that new pretty ricky single body! This is what mother*cking p*sses me OFF! Idiots go out here and act a fool and then claim to be wrongfully accused. I HAVE SPENT YEARS ADVOCATING FOR THOSE THAT ARE ACTUALLY WRONGFULLY ACCUSED AND CONVICTED! But it’s idiots like this falsely claim to be wrongfully accused and it hurts the entire movement for criminal justice reform. Disgusting!
