Recently, a TLC fan took to social media to suggest a TLC battle against SWV or Xscape. T-Boz – lead singer of the ‘Waterfalls’ trio – agreed.
#VERZUZ’ official Twitter handle retweeted the exchange, sending the rumor mill into a frenzy that something may be in the works.
Should all three groups agree, we may be well on our way to seeing the first trio of combatants on the platform. Since Jill Scott and Erykah Badu broke #VERZUZ viewership records with the 700,000+ who tuned in for their musical duel, we’re sure an Xscape vs. TLC. vs. SWV follow-up could do even more.

I honestly don’t think any group can go up against TLC. Not saying they’re better but TLC is just… TLC. They can’t be f***** with on some other level type s***.They’ve done so much and broke so many barriers.
SWV and Xscape were pure R&B vocal groups. Going against TLC would be unfair since they were so diverse musically. I don’t know who TLC should verzuz other than DC3 possibly!!

Dc got hits cause the music Industry became different in early 2000s they didn’t blow up till they second cd . No no no was the only hit they had on their first cd . Tlc , Swv, exscape , envouge and many in the 90s had hit after hit. Swv was the first group to release 6 singles if 1 cd. Early 2000s music changed charting and everything and singles became cheaper and downloads. The other groups went platinum before the internet and didn’t have to get run around naked.they all classy women . Dc think they the best group ever and Kelly even said they better than those b4. Bey was the only star in dc . The other groups shared the spotlight . Swv coko lead cause that was agreed but lelee and taj sung on later cds.
Love the 90s era all girl groups are one of my all time favs but TLC would destroy both groups on crazy s*** cool album alone 😂🤷🏾♂️
