Now, after a brief abdication it appears the ‘Queen’ rapstress is looking to reclaim her throne.

Relative Rap newcomer Sada Baby had already amassed a minor hit with his breakthrough single, ‘Whole Lotta Choppas,’ thanks to a growing response on Tik Tok but after Minaj threw her queenly spin on the ‘Whoomp! There It Is!’-sampled tune it became a top 40 hit.
Entering the chart at #35 on this week’s Hot 100 (with a Nicki credit attached), the entry becomes the femcee’s 59th top 40 hit and 113th entry on the chart overall – tying Swift’s historic record among women in the process.
Among all artists, the ladies are locked in fourth place and follow Drake (228), Glee Cast (207), and Lil Wayne (170).

That’s not hard when you hop on every god damn song there is and spit about the same tired ass topics over and over again. Quality over quantity is all I will say.
If Janet, Madonna, Whitney, Mariah, etc. had the benefit of the digital era when they were at the top of their game, they would be way over the 100 “hit” mark. Every track from their big releases would have debuted in the Hot 100 AND they would be the star, not a feature. Back then, they EARNED hits instead of benefiting from the digital delivery system.
This argument is tired. It’s been argued and overstated to death. The year 2020, not 1986.

It’s noteworthy that Taylor accomplished this with all her own music. She doesn’t do features. Nicki in the other hand hops on so many records, many of which already made it to hot 100 before her verse….so it’s not surprising or hard at all for her to have that many hot 100 entries.
