“After an amazing 9 years together Jesy has made the decision to leave Little Mix. This is an incredibly sad time for all of us but we are fully supportive of Jesy. We love her very much and agree that it is so important that she does what is right for her mental health and well-being. We are still very much enjoying our Little Mix journey and the 3 of us are not ready for it to be over. We know that Jesy leaving the group is going to be really upsetting news for our fans. We love you guys so much and are so grateful for your loyalty and continued support of all of us. We’re looking forward to seeing so many of you on tour.

Nelson has been on a “hiatus” since November, with the official word being that she was recovering from illness.
Confirmation of her departure comes amidst the campaign for Little Mix’s sixth studio album ‘Confetti’ – which has spawned a number of hits including ‘Holiday’ and ‘Break Up Song.’
We wish both Jesy and the group the best moving forward.
Man, she was one of my favorites. But that’s okay, she’ll do just fine on her own when she’s ready.
I believe the weight criticism took a toll on her mental health. Which is sad hope she feels better soon

WOW! I am shocked and saddened by this news. Her voice is incredible and was so distinctive. She will definitely be missed
I called this weeks ago and I was told I was wrong blah blah. Let’s see how they get on without her. Their new album is doing well in the UK, but it has completely tanked overseas. I’m predicting the tour next year and then an indefinite hiatus. I’ll be told I’m wrong of course.
They will never break America.

I remember she’s the one that cried in an interview where they always called her fat, ugly etc…I saw nothing wrong with her and she’s a great talent! I hope she gets all the help she needs to get through whatever she’s going through.
I still don’t know which one is who. They have no individual personality as a group, in the way that TLC, Total, Spice Girls had, and the music felt very generic with little actual input from them other than getting in the booth and singing the penned lyrics.
Damn, I finally became a fan with this album and home girl up leaves… what a bummer!
Obviously though her mental health needs to come first and mad props for her prioritizing her wellness.
I hope the band and her have continued success (whatever success looks like for her moving forward)
