Justice has finally been served in the case of George Floyd.
A jury took just 10 hours to deem former police officer Derek Chauvin guilty of murdering the unarmed Black man during an arrest on May 25 2020.
In a clip seen around the world, Chauvin visibly knelled on Floyd’s neck for more than 9 minutes as onlookers watched in shock – many of whom joined Floyd in articulating that he couldn’t breathe.
With millions worldwide praising the decision, so too are a number of notable celebrities – including Beyonce, Cardi B, and Mariah Carey.

People are acting like justice has been served. We won’t be able to say that until sentencing. He could get 5 years on each count and serve them all concurrently.
I believe he will get maximum sentencing.
