A judge has tossed out claims made against Michael Jackson by Wade Robson, rendering the King of Pop victorious once again.

Today the Los Angeles Superior Cout ruled against Robson for the third time.
The former choreographer, who notably came to the defense of Jackson in previous proceedings when he was alive, had attempted to bring salacious claims against MJ, his Estate, and corporations owned by him in death.
Jonathan Steinsapir, attorney for the Estate of Michael Jackson, said:
“As of today, a summary judgment AGAINST Wade Robson has been granted three different times by two different judges of the Superior Court.
Wade Robson has spent the last 8 years pursuing frivolous claims in different lawsuits against Michael Jackson’s estate and companies associated with it. Robson has taken nearly three dozen depositions and inspected and presented hundreds of thousands of documents trying to prove his claims, yet a Judge has once again ruled that Robson’s claims have no merit whatsoever, that no trial is necessary and that his latest case is dismissed.”
Both Wade Robson and James Safecuck’s cases have been separately thrown out of court again & again.

I don’t know what you mean by ‘don’t know how to accept his sexuality’. But we can say this: if Michael was gay; after those initial allegations; he was gonna be forever finished for comin’ out! Prejudice would have meant that he would immediately have been deemed to be ‘guilty’ if he had come out as being gay! They had hoped their lies would destroy Michael’s legacy and turn future generations away. They failed because the truth prevailed. Oprah had given them a platform to slander Michael’s name without asking the hard questions that a true and unbiased journalist would, so she won’t be back on my good list until she publicly apologizes to Michael’s family. I have zero respect for her and the two proven liars.
