SZA‘s career may be sizzling hot thanks to a number of well-received releases, but the singer has revealed she isn’t happy with her record label.
And she’s not being subtle about her sentiments either.

When a fan took to social media to share an arguably positive update about her first solo top 10 hit ‘Good Days,’ the songbird hatched a less than enthusiastic response saying:
“I really hate my label. So much.”
The comment perplexed some, given the success of the release.
Yet, at the same time, this wouldn’t be the first time SZA has vented at her label – having previously called out TDE for the hold-up of her long-awaited new album. Indeed, in August 2020, she referred to their relationship as “hostile.”
Here’s hoping the drama irons itself out.

A lot of artists are on the wrong labels. It’s like they self sabotage themselves, by the time the albums come out the iron is no longer hot
For instance LNX should have put out his album already. The longer they waits the more people will not care. Every artist is not Rihanna/Beyonce so we aren’t just waiting anymore, we are moving on. And they both used to serve proper releases for most of their careers.

SZA been recording music long before her breakthrough. She is far from lazy. Why is it when a BW speak out, she is labeled angry or confrontational?
The public has allowed Taylor Swift to have multiple outbursts throughout her career. This woman also recently tried to have a show canceled because a character used her name in a joke.
Sales wise, she doesn’t do huge numbers – doing the least. Laziness isn’t the issue. Why does everything have to be broken down for all of you people to understand?

This isn’t a surprise SZA herself mentioned in an interview that her label Top Dwag or whatever it called didn’t want to release her first album. The label doesn’t care about it
It was the opposite. She didn’t want to release CTRL and the label literally stole her hard drive of music and made made a track list from about 200 songs and forced her to release it. That’s why I’m calling B******* on her now. She is a lazy narcissist who doesn’t want to work and just complain about the label. There are some artist who are stuck in contracts and they have to literally force her to release music.
